Welcome to Dimensions Trampoline Club, we are a friendly Club based at Braintree Sport and Health Club, Essex.
Dimensions Trampoline Club Description
We are a developing club which began at Halstead Leisure Centre at a recreational level. In 2007 we joined British Gymnastics and the most experienced children began to compete in regional competitions. Since then our numbers and reputation have been steadily growing, and we have had considerable success from Grade H up to Grade D, with our sights now set on achieving future success at Grade C, the first National Level.

Why let the children have all the fun? Did you know we also run trampolining classes for adults?
Trampolining increases fitness levels, works wonders on your core and is great fun.
We currently have some spaces in our adult classes - so why not give it a go? Everyone is welcome!
... Classes run on Mondays at Braintree Sport and Health Club - from 7.30pm until 9.30pm. Choose from one or two hours. The next block starts on 1 July.

Kimberley is holding 5 day camps during the Summer Holidays. As usual they will include lots of practise time, badges, games and the rig will also be out for any of you wanting to learn new moves! The sessions are 10-3pm on:

Congratulations to this afternoon’s competitors Harry, Jack, Harriet, Charis and Florence, you all did incredibly well! And good luck to Lillia who is our last competitor of the day🌟 Especially well done to Florence and good luck to Lillia as it’s also their first National League competition!

Our three Birmingham competitors raced from the club competition to train in Ipswich. All did really well and collected their competition leotards and t-shirts.

Excitement is building as the Club Competition is only four days away! Everyone’s routines are looking amazing and you should all be very proud of yourselves, keep up the hard work until Sunday!
Don’t forget to bring in lots of raffle and tombola prizes, wine bottles and cakes, all donations are much appreciated🌟
Those involved in the children’s stalls don’t forget to bring in what you need for your stall if you haven’t already!
