Visited Dimple's salon in Tooting earlier today for a waxing treatment and massage. The staff was very cooperative and did make conscious efforts to make me feel comfortable through the massage process, as well.



Worth the money and time!

Nice place and very friendly staff!!! I did colour in my hair and I'm very happy how they did it, they catched my idea very fast. Good prices, definitely I'll come back!!!

Never had issues at any of the branches I've tried at different times and occassions.

Extremely happy with my last face cleanse and facial in Dermabrasion :)

Made my way to Dimple's Beauty and Spa, Hounslow on my day off yesterday for a very comforting massage by the lovely Jigna, as per usual.



Needed just that and am more than happy to leave this review :)

Love this place .. all staff very friendly and highly professional and prices are very competitive and reasonable with great care and excellent services . Try the Lycon waxing the best!!!!!!

I've had the best experiences with manicure and pedicures at their Pimlico branch and I'm a regular, satisfied customer. Definitely a go to place for beauty, massages and spa related treatments!

I think it's one of the best places to do your hair from in Pimlico, with decent experts who take care of your hair well.

Professional environment and good people

Having just moved to the Hounslow area I was desperate to find somewhere to get my HDbrows done, so happy with the service at Dimples in Hounslow today. Will definitely try more treatments soon!

Excellent service! The staff are really friendly. I wanted my hair dyed the hair colour came out perfect! I've always had bad experience with other hair salons and I was recommended dimples beauty. Really happy with my hair colour and service given :) will come here again for my touch up!

Have been visiting Dimple since my 1st threading exprience n glad to leave this review, absolutely recommend this place!

Had Shellac nails by a fabulous lady. She made my short nails look so amazing. I also had my eyebrows done and very pleased with how they look. Lovely friendly good service. Thank you

Always have appointments available on walk in which is very convenient. Had my eyebrows threaded yesterday and was brilliant, super quick and not painful. Waxing was ok, got the job done and was fairly quick but didn't stretch my skin enough and my skin is easily irritated. I will go back though.

I had my haircut done for the first time today. When I rang I was asked how long my hair is and was told it will cost £26. After my haircut I was asked to pay £30. I said I was told a different price over the phone. The lady just said its hard for them to say how much they'll charge until they see me which is ridiculous as that means they can charge £50-100 if they want to. There were other people complaining about bookings not being logged properly and overcharging. I will not go back there again and will not recommend to people.

I go to the Hounslow branch fairly usually for a body wax, at times its been great, salon staff have been professional and attentive. However its unfortunate that occassionally (durng the wax) staff knock on the door to ask questions (again and again) throughout the session. Staff even exchanged during the session, someone with very little waxing experience came in & might i add, it was ridiculously painful! Its a shame the salon doesnt continue its quality, im always relying on luck when i go to visit, as it really depends on who provides the service.

I did my highlights with the hair dresser Elena ,but nothing was visible my friends were laughing when I said I did highlights. As per the hair dresser the colour would come after 1 week but nothing like that . So I went back to ask for my refund , finally got my money back. Would recommend no one. I was a regular customer for five years but after that incident I changed my mind not to go back again especially with hair dresser Elena.
