Disney Pooches

Disney Pooches is a dog grooming parlour, it is based in the Ickenham area. I am a registered veterinary nurse and a part time dog groomer.

I have just finished my level 3 City & Guilds dog grooming certificate and have opened up Disney Pooches. This is a part time business as I also work as a Full time Veterinary Nurse. The parlour is a relaxing environment for the animals where you can guarantee that your animal is in the best care.
My services include:
- Wash & Blow dry (Colour revitalisation for white dogs. )
- Nail clipping
- Ear cleaning /plucking
- Eye cleaning / Tear stain remover
- Teeth cleaning (If scale and polish was required by the vet I could advise this. )
- Expressing anal glands (as a veterinary nurse I can express these internally, this allows thorough expressing of the gland. )

-Hand stripping
- De matt
- Comb through / Undercoats thinned
-Maintenance Groom: Which is to clip private area, eyes, feet and expressing anal glands /ears & clip nails. (Can be with or without bath. )
- Puppy groom: Entails the same procedure as the maintenance groom but also gets the puppy used to the environment (We can also clip the puppy if needed. ) Anal gland expressing not included.
Full Groom: x2 washes, x2 shampoos (conditioner if needed & revitalisation shampoo used for white dogs - no extra charge. ) Body massage given. Coat dried and combed through, de matt where needed, hygiene area clipped, feet trimmed, ears cleaned and plucked, eyes cleaned, nails clipped, coat clipped to your preferred style and cologne applied. If anal glands are required this is an add on.
