When I had an extension added to the house I needed to make the most out of the space. I went to Distinctive with a list of measurements and they custom made a sofa to fit my exact requirements and gave me some great advice along the way about aspects I hadn’t even considered such as additional depth of seating. They had thousands of fabrics to chose from and I also have an armchair in the most stunning quality wool. I expected to wait weeks and weeks like the big sofa shops but it was delivered in 3 weeks !!!! Amazing service and reasonably priced too �

We love our sofa and our little dog can’t keep off it as it’s so comfy and cosy. The team are great, especially with the whole bespoke process. Nothing was too much trouble and they couldn’t do enough for me. I would recommend. Thanks again :)

We have had such amazing service from Cristina at the London store, she really has gone above and beyond whilst helping us with our order, giving us honest advice and recommendations and putting up with how fussy I was about choosing a fabric.

We received the sofa today and are in love, its exactly what we wanted, the size, the fabric and its super comfy!

It only took 4-6 weeks from ordering which is really quick in comparison to some companies.

The delivery guys also did a great job, they were really lovely and polite, did the job quickly and carefully and explained the attachments on our particular model.

Can't wait to be able to make another order with this company in the future!

Distinctive Chesterfields - Wow!!!



I have visited the Huddersfield showroom on several occasions and each time have been greeted by the lovely Maxine. On each visit Maxine has taken the time to sit with me and discuss my various sofa options, given me samples of fabric to take home, and also given me her honest opinions on my fabric and colour choices.



After deliberating for a little while, I purchased two sofa's from Distinctive Chesterfields. A 3 seater Clapham and a 3 seater London.



Whilst I knew the sofa's would fit in my living room, I was a little worried the sofas wouldn't fit through the doors. On my delivery day the delivery team arrived at the exact time they said they would.



To get the sofa's in the house the delivery drivers needed to remove a light fitting and a door stopper, they did this swiftly before carefully unwrapping my new sofa's.



I am absolutely delighted with my new sofa's, they have totally exceeded my expectations and have completely transformed my living room.



I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Distinctive Chesterfields, their customer service is second to none, and their sofa's are amazing!!!



If you visit the Huddersfield showroom - ask for Maxine - she is fantastic !

Absolutely perfect service from start to finish! We requested a colour sample which arrived the next day; the team were on hand to answer any questions we had with regards to the suitability of the sofa in a commercial setting; they happily resolved a measuring mistake that was made at our end and to top it all off, even after a 6 hour, through the night journey to Cornwall the delivery team were friendly and helpful! Our customers have given amazing feedback about the sofa and it looks great in the setting. This is our second sofa from distinctive Chesterfields and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them! Thank you!!

So far I've waited 14 weeks for a sofa to be delivered with no word yet as to when I can expect it. Will update my review when I finally receive it. UPDATE: Sofa arrived 15 weeks after I placed my order. Delivery guys were very nice and unpacked and placed it right where I asked them to. Sofa is beautiful and looks like an heirloom piece. I’m upping my rating accordingly

When the sofas were delivered the delivery men knocked our bi- folding doors and dented them. We didn’t make an issue out of it as we were so eager to get the sofas.

The sofas were placed in our living room that is barely used. Only recently, we had noticed that there were black marks on the side of the sofa.

Therefore I contacted them about it and mentioned the dent in my doors. They were very quick to point out that the black marks on the sofa would not be cleaned/ sorted. However no mention and not even an apology regarding the dent my doors.

I won’t even begin to mention the salesman who sold us the sofas who thought it best to tot up my order in his head and get the price wrong several times! Disgraceful service!!!

Distinctive Chesterfields - Wow!!!



I have visited the Huddersfield showroom on several occasions and each time have been greeted by the lovely Maxine. On each visit Maxine has taken the time to sit with me and discuss my various sofa options, given me samples of fabric to take home, and also given me her honest opinions on my fabric and colour choices.



After deliberating for a little while, I purchased two sofa's from Distinctive Chesterfields. A 3 seater Clapham and a 3 seater London.



Whilst I knew the sofa's would fit in my living room, I was a little worried the sofas wouldn't fit through the doors. On my delivery day the delivery team arrived at the exact time they said they would.



To get the sofa's in the house the delivery drivers needed to remove a light fitting and a door stopper, they did this swiftly before carefully unwrapping my new sofa's.



I am absolutely delighted with my new sofa's, they have totally exceeded my expectations and have completely transformed my living room.



I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Distinctive Chesterfields, their customer service is second to none, and their sofa's are amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect service from start to finish! We requested a colour sample which arrived the next day; the team were on hand to answer any questions we had with regards to the suitability of the sofa in a commercial setting; they happily resolved a measuring mistake that was made at our end and to top it all off, even after a 6 hour, through the night journey to Cornwall the delivery team were friendly and helpful! Our customers have given amazing feedback about the sofa and it looks great in the setting. This is our second sofa from distinctive Chesterfields and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them! Thank you!!

So far I've waited 14 weeks for a sofa to be delivered with no word yet as to when I can expect it. Will update my review when I finally receive it. UPDATE: Sofa arrived 15 weeks after I placed my order. Delivery guys were very nice and unpacked and placed it right where I asked them to. Sofa is beautiful and looks like an heirloom piece. I’m upping my rating accordingly

When the sofas were delivered the delivery men knocked our bi- folding doors and dented them. We didn’t make an issue out of it as we were so eager to get the sofas.

The sofas were placed in our living room that is barely used. Only recently, we had noticed that there were black marks on the side of the sofa.

Therefore I contacted them about it and mentioned the dent in my doors. They were very quick to point out that the black marks on the sofa would not be cleaned/ sorted. However no mention and not even an apology regarding the dent my doors.

I won’t even begin to mention the salesman who sold us the sofas who thought it best to tot up my order in his head and get the price wrong several times! Disgraceful service!!!
