Recently installed exterior lighting controlled by timer and photocell (so the lights only switch on at dusk) to this property there was no soffit board so can lights were fitted to exposed rafters the client was very happy with the end result. Another customer happy with external lighting controlled by photocell and timers I also removed some old unsafe security lights and installed 2 new downlights controlled my pir movement sensor to the porch . A tricky job to instal due to lack of access to roof space but I never give up !
