We held our son's 5th birthday party here on 28th July and I can't praise Jo our host enough. Everything was so organised and ran smoothly our son and his friends had an excellent time (especially the ice cream). Thank you for making his party memorable.

We held my son's 5th birthday party here for 36 children in mid-July and it was an absolute success! Lucy, our host, made sure that everything was to our satisfaction and went over and above what I expected, making sure it was perfect. The children had a brilliant time in the soft-play and the food (cold buffet) went down a treat as there was very little in the way of leftovers. This was definitely a stress-free, enjoyable way to hold a party, especially given the large number of party-goers attending, and our son wants to come back next year for his 6th birthday, so we're already on countdown! Thank you Lucy and your team, you're all stars!

We had our sons 6th Birthday party here last Friday 20th July! The party was well organised and the children had lots of fun. A big thank you to our party host Willow, she was very helpful, professional and friendly and nothing was to much. It was an easy, stress free party! Would highly recommend, if you want your child and their guests to have a fun packed party. Thank you

We had our son's 3rd birthday party here and the overall experience was very good. The party host was always at hand offering her help - she took care of pretty much everything for us. Food came on time for kids and adults and was very good. The play area itself is excellent - a big space and offering lots of options. Everyone who came to the party had a good thing to say about it - many of whom had visited DJs for the first time. We will definitely visit again.

We had my sons birthday party here in June and we had Emma Size help us out. She was so perfect and kept up with our cheeky monkeys in the party group. The kids loved every minute and my son had the best party ever. Thankyou so much Emma for all your help and putting up with us all !! Thanks DJs for a great party !!!

We had booked a party which we attended yesterday. Jo was brilliant and she had everything organised. She was really helpful and consulted us every step of the way Jo contributed to making this an excellent expirence. My son Darius and his school friends had a wonderful time. As well as having plenty to keep the kids entertained the venue was very clean and well air conditioned. The food was good value and the kids loved the choices. Jo had everything under control so we Could just enjoy it. I would highly recommend this venue and service for your kids parties. We wanted to say a big thank you to Jo and the rest of the staff.

We had a great 2nd Birthday party here last weekend - our party host Jo was great - very friendly, welcoming, and helpful running through the timings when we first arrived, welcoming all our guests, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The party food selection was great and all the children had a lovely time! Thank you �

My son asked for his 10th birthday to be held at DJ's Play park. He requested the laser party. I was a bit hesitant as I thought he was too old. How wrong I was. It was by far one of the best parties he has had. Especially as his much older siblings and dad could join in!!!! We were greeted by Chole who was very helpful throughout and ensured everything ran smoothly. Previous to the party Kaylee had taken the lead and provided me with all the information I needed and put everything in place to. My son has an eating disorder and they even catered to his needs. I couldn't have been happier with how his party went and all the children said it was fantastic. Well done DJ Play Park and a massive thank you.

I decided to hold my son’s 4th birthday party here on Friday lunchtime as my children all love it.

Jack was our host and he made the party run smoothly. He was very polite and was there when we needed him.

The soft play area is great for all ages and the parents could sit and chat whilst being able to see where the children were.

The parents platter was a great size to keep everyone fed and the children were happy with their food.

This is a fantastic soft play and I always enjoy visiting!

Held my daughter's 6th birthday here and it was great from start to finish. Really spacious and clean and the go carts were also a hit (and at a very reasonable cost as a little extra). Our party host Jack was absolutely amazing and so accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommend for a birthday party.

First time been there and was very pleased from the begining was quiet because we went earlier in the day but nice clean place and i liked the little touch of the mens toilets changing corner for babies wich ist much but its there wich is great. The food was good and nice portions seating area is huge and could maybe have another play area or extend it a bit. Will definatly come again and recommend to others well done guys 10/10 👍🏼

Amazing service and kindness from Racheal and the team for our daughters Birthday in May. 1 hour before ourselves and all the invitees were due to turn up at DJ's play Park for our daughters 4th birthday, my husband rung up to check on some details. He then had the horrifying realisation he'd mistakenly booked the wrong day - we didn't have a booking. It looked like it would be an utter disaster. However even though all the birthday rooms were fully booked, Rachael squeezed us in. They set everything up in a non-birthday area, and even though it was absolutely our fault, they apologised for not being able to offer individual hot food. They put together an array of pizza and sandwiches & treats instead - nothing was too much trouble and my daughter and her friends were none the wiser to our huge screw-up and had a brilliant time. I've always been impressed with the organisation in DJ's play park & Jungle, also how clean it is compared to many other soft play places, now I'm hugely impressed by their service. I wouldn't have blamed them for if they couldn't have accommodated us, can't imagine what kind of day that would have been.

Lots of different areas of play for different ages which are great. Nice and spacious seating area. My boy loves it and plenty to do.



The only thing putting me off returning are the amount of parents who seem to abandon their children in play areas and don’t supervise them. Today in the lovely toddler village there was a baby crawling about who must have only been about 8 or 9 months old and I couldn’t see anyone supervising him at all for the whole 45 minutes I was there. I stopped him being accidentally hit by other children with the shopping trolleys and stopped him from picking up some rubbish another child dropped. Two other children were banging on the windows of the shop so loudly and violently I thought they might break it and had to tell them to stop and be careful, again, no parents to be seen! It’s not DJs fault and shouldn’t need to be done but maybe it needs reinforcing or monitoring more to make sure parents don’t use it as a drop off centre. I just don’t get it. The place is a mess after, the poor people who work there must spend hours cleaning up!

I took my daughter to a friends party Tuesday and was told I had to pay £1.50 for my 12week old baby that wouldn’t even be using the equipment! The birthday girls Mum also had to pay that price for her 5day old baby. I think that is disgraceful!. Surely under 1’s are free??

Lucy H was very helpful and the buffet was one of the better ones we have tried over recent years! If you don't want the hassle or chaos of hosting a party at home then I would definitely recommend DJs Play Park �

Im not the one to ever complain, but this visit was just too much. It was my sons 2nd birthday so i decided to take my kids for the day out. We usually go to parents paradise, but since its closed on monday we went to djs play park. The play area itself is nice and big, but boy its dirty.. They really need to do something about it like now. Starting from tables, baby jumperoos, highchairs, toys, everything is covered in stains and filthy. Ordered food, it took ages to prepare and then my sons pizza arrived burned. Later i asked if i could get a little candle to put on a cupcake for my son, they said they dont store any. Really? No candles in a place where birthday parties happer daily? Oh well. And then my son noticed some balloons so i asked if he could have one, as its his birthday, i was told its for birthday parties only, or i could buy it for a pound. A pound is not that much, but for one sigle balloon??? I can get a pack of 30 for that price. I have spent over £60 there on entrance, food and drinks and they were so tight to give a little boy one balloon on his birthday. That ticked me right off, so i packed up my kids and left the place. Never coming back again. Ever

Doesn’t feel safe enough for the younger ones. Might of been different if my little one was a bit older but I just feels like the staff aren’t monitoring the frames and the old kids are left to run riot and push the smaller ones out of the way.

So i decided to vist here for my sons first !!! Birthday ! I didnt host a party as he is one and doesnt have 10 friends . so it wasnt worth doing. i brought a cake which they refused to lets the cake in!!!!! as we hadn't hosted a party!!! if he was older i would have understand but there was 5kids of diffent ages which they would have made money from which wouldnt have came if i wasnt there ! They also made money from food and drinks but i couldnt bring in the cake! Utterly ridiculous! ... also then we went outside to do the cake at which my 12 year old brother came who wasnt playing as he is too big ! Who they then wouldnt let back in! Even though his mum and brothers was still in there ! I got him in the end but it was a nightmare day !!!!!!

I visited DJ’s play park today with my two young children, and unfortunately was very disappointed.

Firstly, when we arrived the main area was very untidy and unclean. I understand that it was a very busy day, but at 2.15pm every free table was covered in rubbish and there was quite a lot of mess and food on the floor. The play area where the fire engine is, where my son was most keen to play, looked like a bomb site.

Secondly, when I approached three members of your staff who were stood chatting by the food service area to ask a question about the go karts I found them to be extremely rude. Not one of the staff members, which included one with a supervisor badge on, made eye contact with me or showed any good manners or customer service skills at all. The response from all three made me feel like I was totally inconveniencing them, and they appeared to be rolling their eyes and tutting in response to my very simple question.

Thirdly, there were children in areas signposted for under 2s or 4s who were quite clearly at least 10 years old behaving in a very boisterous and at times aggressive manner. My son was scared by them a few times. Another parent told me he had complained to a member of staff about their behaviour and was told ‘yes they’ve been a pain all day’. Surely then they should have been asked to leave? They were a couple of boys in the over 4s area who looked like teenagers.

I am really disappointed and shocked by the poor quality of our experience today.
