Love Dr. Christian! I watch Supersized vs. Superskinny everyday for motivation. He is a great doctor, doing great things to help people enjoy and get all they can from life. Wish more were like him.

I would only need a drug named as ringworm heal the scales because I suffer from it for 20 years and in Hungary they can not have anything effective. I watched the show on TV and I saw that there is an immune stimulant is called segít.what is name this drug .please help me have been very hurt and suffering

Hi Doctor ChristianI hope you dont mind me contacting you on here. Could you give me some tips on bodybuilding for beginners? I am a really skinny lad and I dont want to be like this anymore. I want to change my body size. I have watched you in an interview before and you said you suffer for muscle dysmorphia - i think i do to, but i dont know where to begin. I am quite shy so i dont really want to got to a GYM so i bought an at home GYM. I have searched the internet and there doesn't seem to be any weight training/ body building resources/trainign manuals out there for beginners explaining sets and reps and when to increase weights etc - and as you have said in TV interviews you used to be a skinny lad. Could you please tell me where you started and what you did just to give me a start. I hate myself and the way my body looks.Many ThanksThomas....

He seems very nice and sincere, not afraid to give an honest opinion but is kind when it comes to giving bad news. There are some scandalous news here and there, but I do believe that what a man does behind close doors with a willing partner should be ignored by the general public. Still, even that shows he's human and not a god on a pedestal. He's as human as any of us, but is willing to make the world a better place!

I used to value your opinion Dr !!! Sat here nursing my 4 month old, I can't believe you would want me to artificially feed him at six months?!?! Why? I understand stopping at 12 months if you want but why formula?? Please restore my faith. Oh and I plan on feeding my son for as long as he wants! and if you look at the bigger picture (the world!) 8 years old is not weird !!

For a so-called Medical Professional, you really are disappointing. I wonder, how much did Nestle pay you for the article to discourage women to breastfeed??? Because that is what you will have done with your incorrect statements regarding it.



I would suggest you re-educate yourself on the benefits of breastfeeding, because it is quite clear that you need it.



Evolutionary Parenting has a very interesting letter with wonderful links to actual research regarding extended breastfeeding that you really should look at.



I used to really like watching Embarrassing Bodies. Don't think I can now seeing as you now have no creditability as a Dr.

Clearly needs to research breastfeeding properly before he gives his "professional" opinion. Please provide scientific evidence that full-term breastfeeding is harmful, oh wait you can't.
