Raw heartfelt lyrics and seducing vocals, that coarse and delicately line the pulsating sound of acoustic guitar, double bass and percussion. As well as our own songs, we are known for our ironic pop, pastiche interpretations of well-known numbers.

Hatching in 2009, DodoBones have since been attracting attention with raw and heartfelt lyrics, and seducing vocals that coarse and delicately line the pulsing and gritty sound of acoustic guitar, double bass and percussion.

Their music has been described as 'wood rock' and 'ironic pop' (sparked by their combination of natural acoustic instruments and powerhouse performances) and features Robbyn Snow on lead vocals, Stephen Patmore on guitar and spoken word, Ian Newman on double bassist and Mark Gordon on acoustic drums.

DodoBones are a bloody hard working band, with over 150 gigs under their belts in the past 18 months. Their third studio album ‘Distracted’ can be found at gigs or on iTunes / Spotify, and they are currently recording their forth and working on their plan to take over the world in 2018.
