Domaine Direct

Domaine Direct is a highly regarded independent wholesale mail order wine merchant, specialising in domaine-bottled Burgundy wines and agent for Leeuwin Estate. Domaine Direct was founded in 1981 to bring Burgundy’s best domaine-bottled wines to UK buyers.

We aim to show the diverse faces of Burgundy’s fine wine growing regions: Chablis, the Côte d’Or (Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits), the Chalonnais, Mâconnais and Beaujolais. Some of the winemakers’ names we import may be unfamiliar; others have well-established reputations – all are passionate about translating the distinctive characteristics, the typicité of Burgundy’s vineyards into fine wine.
