We had our Dyson serviced by Lee this evening and we received a 5* service. Lee was professional and well informed, gave us lots of advice and explained how to get the most out of our Dyson appliances. We have no hesitation in recommended this company.

We had Paul come round to service our Dyson today. Paul was very polite and professional. He took the hoover completely apart and cleaned it all, so it looked like new. Paul also explained alot of things regarding the components of the hoover and what to change and when. The girls I spoke to on the phone in the office was also very polite. Thank you so much. See you next year.

Phoned after seeing a Facebook promotion. Spoke to a lovely lady called Danielle and booked in my Dyson for a service. It hadnt been picking up properly for some time. Mike came and totally stripped my machine down. Used a roll out mat so as not to get my floor messy. Showed me how clogged my filters were and replaced both. Hoover now works like a dream, you could even hear the difference. Nothing was pushed on me and when he mentioned the yearly maintenance plan I took it out as well as it covers next years service and new filters as well as any problems so cheaper to do this in the long run. Mike was very polite and told me what he was doing at all times. Would highly recommend.

Paul has serviced my Dyson for the last three years and each time he's done a great job. Paul is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work. This time I got to see my vacuum completely stripped down and a split hose was replaced at no extra cost.

Paul came to service our Kirby. It was stripped down to the last nut and bolt and all parts cleaned and checked. Now it is good as new.

My Dyson was sparking and smelled of burning. Paul took it apart to replace the motor and pcb board and it now works perfectly. I have the insurance that covers an annual service with replacement filters and breakdown parts and labour - well worth the cost and highly recommended.

Made an appointment after trawling the internet for Dyson Hoover servicing and found this company. They telephoned to confirm the day before. Lee arrived today and has carried out a sterling job on my 3 Dyson’s. Lee gave me all the detailed information on what parts needed replacing, plus the cost, so I could make an informed decision. Lee was so helpful and a really friendly chap! Have signed up for the annual servicing on 2 of my machines, so look forward to seeing Vacuum Save next year. Thanks!

Jake F came for our annual service today. He was professional, polite and talkative. We purchased a new handheld vacuum for the stairs and car that we are very pleased with and can’t wait to try out. He mentioned all the services that the company provides including oven cleaning, carpet cleaning and vacuum cleaning and repair. We had a new filter replaced in our Dyson DC25 and are pleased that we saved money from the annual £84 plan. All in all a very good bloke and see you next year! �

I asked his advice about buying a new vacuum cleaner , to make cleaning the stairs easier. I decided to take his recommendation and bought a hand held just for stairs and the car. A very knowledgable and polite young man, a real asset to your company.

I always keep a service contract with Vacuum Save for my dyson. It's an older model and they service it every year. Very happy with what they do.

I had a problem with my vacuum on/off button. Paul came out yesterday and I was amazed at how brilliant his service was. He arrived early (always a bonus) and was very quick, polite and attentive. Exceedingly happy with Paul's work. I highly recommend the company.

Had a repair appointment today with Lee but he managed to fit in our annual service at the same time to save having to book another appointment. I’m useless at remembering to clean out our Dyson so Vacuusave is great for keeping it in working order.

He was very courteous, polite, helpful and very methodical. Obviously taking pride in his work and left no mess at all. He has previously collected the hoover from my work place when it broke and needed a major overhaul - all included in my plan for which I was very grateful. He is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions, mainly linked to suction and dog hair! Thank you Lee.

The only small issue that I have with the company is that the parts seem far more expensive than buying directly from Sebo.

Wouldnt suggest you use this company unless you want your time utterly wasted. They'll phone you up, tell you have some sort of offer, when you say yes they'll book an appointment, then they'll call you back the day before and tell you their manager has decided to cancel (not rebook) because he doesnt fancy the journey. But of course the manager doesnt have the guts to make the call himself so he gets someone else to do this. As if they didn't already know where you lived when they booked the appointment! Highly unprofessional. And shows a complete disregard for other people's time. So goodbye vacuumsave, perhaps you need to review how you treat your customers (I was previously one). You're not that special that it wont take half a nanosecond to find someone just like you. And, well done manager (how you ever got that job is beyond me), you've now motivated me to use social media to tell everyone how poor you are.

Paul has serviced my Dyson for the last three years and each time he's done a great job. Paul is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work. This time I got to see my vacuum completely stripped down and a split hose was replaced at no extra cost.

Paul came to service our Kirby. It was stripped down to the last nut and bolt and all parts cleaned and checked. Now it is good as new.

My Dyson was sparking and smelled of burning. Paul took it apart to replace the motor and pcb board and it now works perfectly. I have the insurance that covers an annual service with replacement filters and breakdown parts and labour - well worth the cost and highly recommended.

Mike came today and gave us excellent service - a new filter and service and it’s working again great. Brought a mat to keep my floor clean and he talked me through the service plan available but no hard sell. Will use again.

Made an appointment after trawling the internet for Dyson Hoover servicing and found this company. They telephoned to confirm the day before. Lee arrived today and has carried out a sterling job on my 3 Dyson’s. Lee gave me all the detailed information on what parts needed replacing, plus the cost, so I could make an informed decision. Lee was so helpful and a really friendly chap! Have signed up for the annual servicing on 2 of my machines, so look forward to seeing Vacuum Save next year. Thanks!

Jake F came for our annual service today. He was professional, polite and talkative. We purchased a new handheld vacuum for the stairs and car that we are very pleased with and can’t wait to try out. He mentioned all the services that the company provides including oven cleaning, carpet cleaning and vacuum cleaning and repair. We had a new filter replaced in our Dyson DC25 and are pleased that we saved money from the annual £84 plan. All in all a very good bloke and see you next year! �

I had my old Dyson serviced today by Jake F. Really excellent - he explained everything and showed me how to clean the filters myself. I asked his advice about buying a new vacuum cleaner , to make cleaning the stairs easier. I decided to take his recommendation and bought a hand held just for stairs and the car. A very knowledgable and polite young man, a real asset to your company.

I always keep a service contract with Vacuum Save for my dyson. It's an older model and they service it every year. Very happy with what they do.

I had a problem with my vacuum on/off button. Paul came out yesterday and I was amazed at how brilliant his service was. He arrived early (always a bonus) and was very quick, polite and attentive. Exceedingly happy with Paul's work. I highly recommend the company.

Had a repair appointment today with Lee but he managed to fit in our annual service at the same time to save having to book another appointment. I’m useless at remembering to clean out our Dyson so Vacuusave is great for keeping it in working order.

An excellent service. I have a yearly maintenance plan for my Dyson vacuum cleaner. Lee visited on this occasion and I was very pleased with him and his work. He was very courteous, polite, helpful and very methodical. Obviously taking pride in his work and left no mess at all. He has previously collected the hoover from my work place when it broke and needed a major overhaul - all included in my plan for which I was very grateful. He is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions, mainly linked to suction and dog hair! Thank you Lee.

Lee came to us today and serviced our Sebo. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Very professional and left no mess behind. Advice given on maintenance and upkeep too. Fab.



The only small issue that I have with the company is that the parts seem far more expensive than buying directly from Sebo.

Wouldnt suggest you use this company unless you want your time utterly wasted. They'll phone you up, tell you have some sort of offer, when you say yes they'll book an appointment, then they'll call you back the day before and tell you their manager has decided to cancel (not rebook) because he doesnt fancy the journey. But of course the manager doesnt have the guts to make the call himself so he gets someone else to do this. As if they didn't already know where you lived when they booked the appointment! Highly unprofessional. And shows a complete disregard for other people's time. So goodbye vacuumsave, perhaps you need to review how you treat your customers (I was previously one). You're not that special that it wont take half a nanosecond to find someone just like you. And, well done manager (how you ever got that job is beyond me), you've now motivated me to use social media to tell everyone how poor you are.
