Yes it's busy, yes it's loud but you come for the food!!! Croque Monsieur is expensive at £10.95 but it's enough for 2 people and it is amazing! Given that it's definitely being washed down with a number of cakes, it works perfectly. Cronut was amazing. Banoffee Paella was the best version of Banoffee pie I've ever had. Topped it off with a chocolate & coconut croissant which was rich and full of flavour. Absolutely amazing food. If you don't live with a stick in your ass, you'll be just fine 🖒

User

Went to try a legendary Cronut, ended up getting it boxed to take away as there were just soooo many things we needed to try! The blossoming hot chocolate a highlight alongside the warm vanilla milk in a cookie cup! The Welsh rarebit croissant a delight. And just the best Pain au chocolate! Worth the time to visit and enjoy!

Went here for high tea on Saturday. They initially didn't have enough space for a four person reservation but kept a note that we wanted a larger reservation and e-mailed us when space became available. The service was kind and very attentive from start to finish. The food was really delicious-- the scones were a standout. We were all very full by the end even though it seemed like small portions. The only thing that I would suggest they change is make more truly vegetarian options available. Otherwise it was an exceptional experience and I'd like to thank the staff for being so excellent!

User

We ordered Cronuts which were lush and also blossom hot chocolate which was amazing watching it all unfold. Very very nice place, gert lush!!

User

The Frenchman that brought you the cronut, in New York, has opened a popular shop in London’s Belgravia area. The shop is all white so that the beautifully colored confections really pop against the white background making it a popular place for Instagram photos. The baked goods are great as if the coffee. A great place for families.

User

Quite the best and most imaginative afternoon tea we have had - with a flower theme it is a perfect Chelsea Flower Show treat!

User

Lovely selection of cakes and pastries. We ordered cronuts to collect and stayed for their hot chocolate and followed it with lime tart and peanut caramel mousse desert. Great for kids and adults

User

Love, love and love it. Greate staff, amazing cafe and the most tasty desserts. Please try "after the rain", the pavlova dessert or the peanut shaped caramel cake- this is a must for people who believes in good quality dessert.

User

It’s become a habit to visit the bakery every time I’m in London and to try something different each tine. I haven’t been disappointed, cakes and savoury dishes have all been delicious and beautifully presented.

User

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Busy but staff are quick and efficient. Patient with social media geeks like me. And all the stuff is just too good!!

User

I really love your cakes my husband brough some as his present for me from London to Birmingham..Thumbs ups to balance sweetness and design of every dessert, I really want to ask for more.. But I have one suggestion. I Hope that there will be different packaging for the every cake especially when travelling for long hrs.. Other than that every thing is soooo yummy..

User

Came with my Dad who was visiting London for the day. Excellent cakes and avocado toast. Lime me up was the stand out! Charming service, will be back.

User

Amazing pastries highly recommend you try the flowering hot choclate and the Cronut each month the flavour changes.

The staff could not do more to delight us and more than exceeded our expectations we tried the choclate chip cookie shot which is served with a delicious vanilla milk

User

A recent trip to London from visiting Australians saw us take cover in this beautiful bakery on a wet woolly cold day. Searching for a dry comforting spot had us enjoy a pot of tea with the best croissants ive ever tasted. So comfortable this bakery was surrounded by the smell of freshly baked french cakes that we ended up staying for lunch enjoying a pumpkin and chilli soup with feta teamed with parmesan croutons. Treat yourself to this wonderful hideout. Loved London.

User

Dominique Ansel Bakery is a very nice little place to go to with your friends and family. Lovely food and drink.

User

Too late for cronuts. So bought some DKAs and hot cross buns to take hone. DKAs were great. Hot cross buns sadly like a poor home made effort and really dry. Not even sure I’ll bother going back to get cronuts. Disappointing tbh

User

It's a good bakery but the cronuts they serve are a far cry from the ones I had in New York. The cronut in the NY branch is crispy and makes a lovely crunch when you bite or cut into it. The layers of croissant like pastry inside are airy and exquisite. Not a terrible experience but a disappointment for anyone who has had a proper cronut.

User

What a disappointment. I got to the coach station early so I could treat myself to a Cronut. Got home and took a bite. It is so tough. I would have hoped they would be fresh every day but this was horrible. Gutted after all the hype.

User

The venue is attractive and the food is ok, but overpriced. The service is slow (it took half an hour for a sandwich to arrive at our table). The staff appear to have had no customer service training as they act in a miserable way. If you ask them for even a napkin it is too much trouble.

The owners of this business need to sort out staff training and customer service because the staff are inexperienced and rude, which will drive customers away.
