My daughter and her friend attended a city camp day. When I arrived the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and took me to where I needed to drop the children off. The children were there from 8.45am - 5pm and had participated in karate, bouncy castle, free time, mat slide, parachute games and football. When I collected them they told me that they'd had a fantastic day! They have already asked when they can go back! They were especially happy with Mitchell, who was there with them for the day. They said he was very nice and played lots of games with them! They also said that they made friends easily with nice children. I will be sending the children again � I'm very happy with the staff and activities!
Staff on reception could be more friendly.
I rang on 8th July to enquire about a birthday party for my sons birthday to be held in September. TO DATE (9th August) nobody could be asked to return the call and respond to the request. I had called them again on 22 July to no awail. All I was told is that Rebecca (apparently the party coordinator there) will get back to me. I them emailed them a request on 31st July using their online request form. I have a reference number and a generic email that sais someone will get back to me within 48 hours. NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from you.
Thank you for wasting my time by NEVER getting back to me and now forcing me to mess his party guests around by having to find an alternative venue at a months notice. Customer service is shocking. Why bother saying you do parties if you can't even be bothered to say to people sorry we can't do it.
The worst thing is that my friend tried you back in May and was let down just as badly (only she had a mere 1 week to rearrange her party). She warned me and I was prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt. #
BEWARE PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK A PARTY WITH THIS LOT unless you fance the last minute stress of finding an alternative venue.
Bad just Bad. And of course you do not have a complaints email adress where I could have vented my anger personally. So I am doing it here in public and on other FB sites to warn people.
