The staff were really friendly and the products mind blowing. Well worth the visit.

Ordered a pair of Play Converse Chuck Taylor All Star '70 High (Black) for my daughters birthday. Ordered on Friday and received on Tuesday. Was very easy to order online. The high tops arrived well packaged. The look of surprise on my daughters face when she opened the box........ priceless !

Just received my order today. Only placed it on Wednesday. First class service. So happy with my products thank you

I love the eclectic mix on show at DSM and love the amazing comme des garcon collections everytime! The staff are very friendly and give a warm greeting. Also check out Rose Bakery on the 3rd floor, great coffee and the cakes are to die for!! Definitely worth the visit if you are in the area, the lunch also looks super yummy! If you are a fan of fashion this is the place to go in London!

Went to Dover St Market Market on 180 Strand. I had been to earlier such events and keen to benefit from the amazing reduced prices. This time I must admit I was underwhelmed... I arrived v v early for the queue (I live an hour from London) which needed coffee but when the fab DSM staff directed me to the toilet facilities I was told by security they were not for "public" use. Also must say the stock was noticeably less exciting than previous events. But I do realise the stock is what is left after sales and other promotions but there was much less to choose from compared to previous events. Seems " Star Wars" and "Frozen" CDG Shirt created most of the stock for the Market... I'm glad I went but for disciples like me travelling at a early hour a toilet would be appreciated. Cheers Tx

Unfortunately the staff is unfriendly and really dismissive.

Wanted to buy on 3rd floor but because of the staff attitude ( which didn't let you touch the items and directed the customers to a "catalog" which was in fact a folder with plastic sleeves) will buy online.

You expect to go in a store like DSM and receive a great customer service and sales assistants to have a great attitude,otherwise everyone would purchase online.

Anyhow great selection overall and great layout!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered Friday via express shipment. Didn’t have any shipping confirmation on Monday evening. Spoke to the customer service several times to push. They promised me receiving the products on Wednesday, which of course didn’t happen. DHL said, pieces have arrived later than scheduled cause Dover Street Market fucked it up. Great job guys.

To be honest ... overpriced art in the form of recycled clothing , apart from the brands ... £2500 for a coat that was put together by pieces of other old coats .. seriously pretentious shop and those that are stupid enough to pay the prices really need their heads read..



That said the com de garçons / Fred Perry range were nice but at £215 to wear a polo shirt with a tartan pocket on .. no thanks



Now the staff ... only up your arse if you appear to be wealthy and they know they’re going to make a stupid sale.. they must go in their store room and piss themselves laughing at the idiots that bought their clothing that prob cost very little to make ! I found them all rude all bar the man waiting near the door who was welcoming and very smiley .. he was a happy chappy but he’d probably made a £3000 sale on one item 😂



if you’re a fashion design student this place is a must for inspiration; don’t expect much from the miserable staff though they’re too busy trying to look cool and weird..





To sum up, overpriced tat that looks like it came from a charity shop, branded clothing with an overpriced tag on, miserable staff... worth a visit.. erm no not really !

The worst customer service ever!! I made an order on 16th of July with express shipping. On 19th of July I wrote them an email regarding my order, because it was still marked as "processing". Their cs replied to me saying that the order would be sent by the end of the week due to the high volume of orders. It's already 24th of July, so I decided to wrote another email, because I was getting impatient. In response I got an email with cancellation of only one of the product that I've ordered and nothing else. I can see that I'm not the only having such an issue. In my opinion it's a shame for company with such a name.

Staff are awful - don’t bother. Net-a-porter is a much better experience.

Singapore's outlet does not respond to queries on any of their social media platforms, decided to message their UK branch. Nobody bothered to reply to anything. It's quite impressive to be honest, never encountered anything like this.

Pretentious and stuffy, Dover Street Market isn’t what it used to be. The über trendy 5-floor fashion store has lost its playfulness and is now catering solely to an army of Watanabe wannabes. Both staff and customers look more scared than happy to be here.

Poorest customer service ever! Support is not responding to my emails about my order I had not received. I checked my tracking number and the order was delivered via DHL to Hounslow, UK. Then status of my order was complete. But I live in Moscow, Russia! Then support said that shipments to Russia passed 3rd party courier Services has for further delivery to Russia without tracking. What the kind of delivery (EMS, Royal Mail or etc) will be next the support didn't answer. So I lost my hope for this order and I want to get refund, but I paid by debit card (not PayPal). So how to get it in this case?

Not happy with regard to the returns procedure. I am trying to return a ladies top and have now requested a returns number twice but all I get is silence! Not good service. :-( The garment has to be returned within 14 days. Seven days is already used in trying to get the returns number.......

I just wanted to say how angry , upset and saddened I was by the way I was treated today at DSM London. Being followed around be security from the moment I stepped into the store to shop. Clearly hearing them on radios talking to each other about my location and making me feel like I was a wanted criminal. It was extremely humiliating!. I have been lucky enough to have shopped all over the world but have never felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave a store...Until today!. It was the worst experience I have EVER had. People never forgot how you made them feel.

How can you have an item ready to to pay for, then informed it’s sold out! Did someone steal it from my digital trolley? Please contact the Dover st police department with any information.

Great shop, with some amazing brands but it has terrible, terrible customer service. My advice to the staff is If you don't want to serve customers, then don't work in a shop. It really is that simple.
