Situated by a pretty stream, surrounded by woods and hills, Dovey Valley Cottage is perfectly located for walking, mountain biking, fishing, boating and much more.
Just 10 minutes from the ancient Welsh capital Machynlleth and 20 minutes from the fabulous beaches and pretty coastal village of Aberdovey there's lots to do or why not just sit back and relax in the garden.
The cottage has just been renovated, is non smoking and we welcome well behaved pets.

Not having much luck with the wildlife camera yet,there's a picture of my arm and Tony moving some paving slabs! It did take this though, perhaps the tree was waving about in the wind. And let me just remind myself it was me you saw an otter last week,no camera anywhere close to hand so just watched it for a while. I love this place ❤️

I have decided to do some of the Wales Coastal Path to show some of the beautiful scenery people can enjoy when they visit. So here are a few pictures from Porthmadog to Harlech, taken in mid-May 2017. The last one is the view of Portmeirion across the estuary.
