Keeping our clients safe is very important, risk management and staff training play a key factor in safeguarding.
Questions, concerns and complaints are dealt with promptly; we are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure our service meets our clients' needs and expectations we periodically monitor our service, this is usually in the form of a short questionnaire sent to our client and or telephone call.

Our staff recruitment is thorough and meets all current legislations. CRB disclosures and references are obtained for every member of our workforce.
