While I was getting my cleaning done the explanation of it was very understanding. Since I got autism I believe this dentist practise is the best and very welcoming and understanding for all different type of people and disabilities. I visit Dr Monica a few days ago and I'm more than pleased with the service I received. I was pretty scared, since I hadn't visit any dentist for the last 5 years. Although they were very professional, as much the Dr as her assistant, they were both lovely and attentive, which made me feel way more comfortable and relaxed. I had a check up and cleaning done plus an enamel plastic. No painful at all and you can stop as many times as you like if you're not comfortable. (Which I really didn't need). I'd totally recommend her!

I have purchased the voucher of a dental implant and crown at Dr Monica Dental Clinic via Wowcher last year. First crown just last for 7 months and then broken because the voucher didn’t including good quality crown. I have to pay extra money to buy the good quality crown for 5 years guaranty certificate. My tooth so far so good (nearly one month). During implant period, Dr. Monica gave a lot of support and instruction.

Her style and approach is professional, reassuring and comfortable. I went there with some real issues with my front teeth , and after 12 weeks left the surgery with an excellent result. Also I will add that she was so good I am ditching my NHS waste of time dentist and going to go here for the future, the clinic is just excellent value for money when you consider the importance of you teeth! I came to Dr Monica because I had lost a front tooth and wanted an implant and from the time I made the appointment the whole experience has been a pleasure, all through the treatment Dr Monica explained and showed me what would happen, if I felt the slightest discomfort she would stop and wait till I was ready to go on, there was no rushing and this put me completely at ease I know have a very natural looking front tooth and now I have started treatment to have the rest of my teeth sorted out, I would highly recommend Dr Monica’s clinic to anyone.

After visiting many dentists I met doctor Monica bijlani in Harley street. She is very experienced and a very gentle dentist. She made me 5 porcelain crowns in a single visit. I am very happy and satisfied with her work. I will be sure to go back for my implants very soon and I would recommend to all of my friends.

�������Monica is one of the most rude Dr in Harley Street. She hates explaining things and keeps saying check my website. And if you ask for more info, she gets bored with you and puts down the phone abruptly and calling you stupid. If you buy a gruopon to change a veneer its cheap, but i have investigated ,the way she does it, its bad.. in one hour she would get your money and give you a very poor result.

Worst decision I made coming to this unprofessional woman! I was a worried first timer having fillers done and all I wanted was some reassuring. My friend saw my lips and cancelled her appointment, Monica called

Me telling me 'you've panicked my client and now she wants a refund and her appointment cancelled due to you'.

What's worst is that she did not dispose of her needle and syringe. I used half a syringe of 1ML and she placed the cap back on it and put it in her white cupboard top shelf.

When I tried to speak to her regarding what can be done to fix things she became very defensive, abrupt and rude and began telling me I am mentally disturbed and I'm a 'neurotic' person. Absoloutely shocked. She is the biggest bully going... and just to top off the icing on the cake - she has threatened me and said she will call the police on me for harassing her! I was furious in the morning when I woke up to lips looking like the backside of a baboon and I called the clinic number 7 times. No one answers I finally left a messge saying I was sick of no one answering and that I want a refund and someone to fix this and that I was severely f*cked off more with her approach to a botched job and her attitude more than the damaged lips! I have no left home since yesterday and I am very conscious now leaving home. I am absolutely disgusted how she treats her customers and has no understanding of how to diffuse a upset customer or scenario. Rather than reassuring she is quick to start bigging herself up and how long she's been working as a dentist! She has a superiority complex and thinks she is God! She does not listen to the needs of her clients and does what she wants to do. I will never be going to any Harley street medical centre as I felt so let down!!!!

I visit Dr Monica a few days ago and I'm more than pleased with the service I received. I was pretty scared, since I hadn't visit any dentist for the last 5 years. Although they were very professional, as much the Dr as her assistant, they were both lovely and attentive, which made me feel way more comfortable and relaxed. I had a check up and cleaning done plus an enamel plastic. No painful at all and you can stop as many times as you like if you're not comfortable. (Which I really didn't need). I'd totally recommend her!

I have purchased the voucher of a dental implant and crown at Dr Monica Dental Clinic via Wowcher last year. First crown just last for 7 months and then broken because the voucher didn’t including good quality crown. I have to pay extra money to buy the good quality crown for 5 years guaranty certificate. My tooth so far so good (nearly one month). During implant period, Dr. Monica gave a lot of support and instruction.

I had a dental implant and a crown done just before Christmas, Although having dental treatment is never pleasant I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have had the treatment done by Dr Monica. Her style and approach is professional, reassuring and comfortable. I went there with some real issues with my front teeth , and after 12 weeks left the surgery with an excellent result. Also I will add that she was so good I am ditching my NHS waste of time dentist and going to go here for the future, the clinic is just excellent value for money when you consider the importance of you teeth! I know from experience how important. Thank you and will be seeing you in 2017.

I came to Dr Monica because I had lost a front tooth and wanted an implant and from the time I made the appointment the whole experience has been a pleasure, all through the treatment Dr Monica explained and showed me what would happen, if I felt the slightest discomfort she would stop and wait till I was ready to go on, there was no rushing and this put me completely at ease I know have a very natural looking front tooth and now I have started treatment to have the rest of my teeth sorted out, I would highly recommend Dr Monica’s clinic to anyone.

After visiting many dentists I met doctor Monica bijlani in Harley street. She is very experienced and a very gentle dentist. She made me 5 porcelain crowns in a single visit. I am very happy and satisfied with her work. I will be sure to go back for my implants very soon and I would recommend to all of my friends.

�������Monica is one of the most rude Dr in Harley Street. She hates explaining things and keeps saying check my website. And if you ask for more info, she gets bored with you and puts down the phone abruptly and calling you stupid. If you buy a gruopon to change a veneer its cheap, but i have investigated ,the way she does it, its bad.. in one hour she would get your money and give you a very poor result.

Worst decision I made coming to this unprofessional woman! I was a worried first timer having fillers done and all I wanted was some reassuring. My friend saw my lips and cancelled her appointment, Monica called

Me telling me 'you've panicked my client and now she wants a refund and her appointment cancelled due to you'.

What's worst is that she did not dispose of her needle and syringe. I used half a syringe of 1ML and she placed the cap back on it and put it in her white cupboard top shelf.

When I tried to speak to her regarding what can be done to fix things she became very defensive, abrupt and rude and began telling me I am mentally disturbed and I'm a 'neurotic' person. Absoloutely shocked. She is the biggest bully going... and just to top off the icing on the cake - she has threatened me and said she will call the police on me for harassing her! I was furious in the morning when I woke up to lips looking like the backside of a baboon and I called the clinic number 7 times. No one answers I finally left a messge saying I was sick of no one answering and that I want a refund and someone to fix this and that I was severely f*cked off more with her approach to a botched job and her attitude more than the damaged lips! I have no left home since yesterday and I am very conscious now leaving home. I am absolutely disgusted how she treats her customers and has no understanding of how to diffuse a upset customer or scenario. Rather than reassuring she is quick to start bigging herself up and how long she's been working as a dentist! She has a superiority complex and thinks she is God! She does not listen to the needs of her clients and does what she wants to do. I will never be going to any Harley street medical centre as I felt so let down!!!!

Myself and my mum booked appointments for our teeth to be whitened, monica was lovely, made us feel very welcome. Very polite, professional.

Just came today for a check up, teeth cleaning and laser whitening . The service was very amazing, respectful and welcoming. While I was getting my cleaning done the explanation of it was very understanding. Since I got autism I believe this dentist practise is the best and very welcoming and understanding for all different type of people and disabilities. I will carry on coming here again because of the best service.

Ive been visiting Monica's dentist for the last last few months, I'm feel really happy with all the work Monica has done to my teeth. I'm in the process of getting an implant fitter, I go back to see Monica in 5 weeks , cant wait to see the in new tooth fitted.
