‘Stop. Stand here and breathe in all the things that make you grateful in this life ‘. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to have coffee than outside this little cafe in Notting Hill . This TOTALLY reflect my mindset every single day: I like to do my gratitude list in the morning when I wake up , being a morning person , in the evening I am too exhausted from work and mummy’ s duties especially! I force myself to find 3 things I am grateful for : one has to be something ab...out my body, one about something that could seem very obvious (trust me some morning it is tricky as take for granted so many things around us) and one about something I have achieved. Once the mind is grateful for something it cannot feel any sadness or anger : it is impossible. And this is what I love the most . I used to do Miracle Mornings routines waking up at 5:30 am but since I am pregnant with a toddler around every minute of sleep is precious . So I do it as soon as I wake up with the eyes closed when I am still in bed . What is your morning routine ? Do you do a gratitude list everyday too? Or you never thought about it? For all the new followers who don’t know me (yet), a little bit about myself 🤗: I am 33 years old , Libra (very Libra!), 100% Italian , born and raised in Italy until 7 years ago when I moved to London after meeting my husband in a cafe in London (I was here for 48 Hours on holiday, I know , fairy tales still do exist ). My husband is British but with Scandinavian/ Middle East blood: I have a son who is 3.5 years old called Marlon who is bilingual , a mix of 3 bloods, super c...ute and super naughty . I am 4 months pregnant with baby number 2 due at the beginning of December, we are not going to find out the gender , surprise until the end ! (I would love to have a little girl , a mini me , my husband would like an other boy 🙄). I always LOVED aesthetics and fashion and beauty since I was a little girl who grew up with 2 brothers (wearing their clothes during childhood made me even more girly !). I always knew I wanted to be a doctor or a dentist since I was 3 and I made my dream come true : matching medicine with beauty . Understanding beauty, the rules behind it and making people beautiful is my biggest interest and passion . London gave me everything: my husband , a place I can call home , the opportunity to become who I am in the industry , a tv show , great friendships and much more (apart from the sunshine hah). In my spare time I love being outdoor with my son , i love food , I hate walking (my friends know I drive everywhere ahah , so Italian), I love reading , looking after myself , I am a coffee/ champagne lover and I am definitely a morning person . I come from a tiny village in the north of Italy in the Italian alps (literally I am Heidi ), I come from a family of ski instructors and I used to ski professionally (don’t race me , you will lose!). I love big loud families and I would love to have 3/4 kids (my husband said : funny 😂). Curious to know something else ? Ask me !

I am SO thrilled to announce and share the amazing news with all of you that .... I have 2 hearts again ❤️❤️🤰🏻. After almost 4 years from having my son Marlon I finally got the courage to do it again ! I feel so blessed , lucky and grateful to be given the gift to be a mummy for a second time (this time let’s hope a mini me 👧🏻💖, but if it’s an other boy I will be obviously super happy, I will be the queen of the house !). It will be hard and tiring no doubt ahah but SO worth ...it : Motherhood really empowered me and pushed me to become the best version of myself, personally and professionally. I am looking forward to this new amazing chapter of our life and to see what other amazing gift motherhood will teach me ! To all the working mums of 2: please give me advices on how to cope! I feel much better now that 3 months have passed and I will be working throughout all the pregnancy( Baby due just before Christmas 🎄) .
