Last night I had an allergic reaction to something. I’m not sure what. I’ll have to work it out. I had eaten nuts and olive bread and bam! Itchy with an ugly rash. I love nuts and I will not be tolerating any stupid allergy to them. Olive bread must be the cause of it, that I can live without. 3 different types of anti-histamines later... What’s for breakfast friends? 😊😊😊

Fabulous weekend giving a talk on acne and psoriasis to colleagues. It was a lovely, warm audience who were very supportive and let me ramble on. I met up with old friends and made new ones. I’m looking forward to many more future health talks. How was your weekend?

I made it! #20ksteps Thank you @drunachukwu for encouraging me to get to 20k. I’m not a natural athlete despite what people think. I never even thought I could run. My internal dialogue during my steps is “You’re better walking than sitting in a car” On to tomorrow! ✊🏾

I was out with work colleagues yesterday and I never achieved my 10k steps. So I tried to make it up today. I wanted to get to 20k steps, but I couldn’t. My feet ached and burnt. I gave up before my 20k goal 😢 I have to carry it forward to tomorrow and hopefully do 15k steps to make up for lost time. Did you get any exercise today? Have you given up on weight loss or exercise completely? Why?
