About Drink, Shop & Do

Cafe by day, bar by night, fun things to DO

Drink, Shop & Do Description

Discreetly tucked away in the saucy setting of a Victorian bathhouse, Drink, Shop & Do are all about the good times.

By day: a mild-mannered King’s Cross spritz bar and café serving specialty teas, coffees and luscious bites. By night: a merry den of drinking and dancing, where guests can reconnect with their inner big kid.

Hen parties, after-work drinks, dancing into the night, brunching at the weekends; we do it all!

Amazing opportunity for creatives... it's in association with The Other Box, an award-winning platform showcasing and championing people of colour, and people from other underrepresented backgrounds across the U.K.

Embroidery can be dated back to 5th Century BC China, but we bet they weren't doing theirs over a boozy cocktail, stitching naughty emblems and having a right ol' knees up! A pastime with a modern twist and, better yet, no experience required! Get the gang together and get crafty! Guaranteed to leave you in stitches 😜 🍹 💕 29th August, 6-9pm, £25!

We love Drink Shop and Do. I'm just booking my birthday party there as I've had many a fun night in the space! I'm also the founder of Paint Jam London, we run a lot of parties and see a lot of venues, and this is definitely one of London's top quirky and exciting party spaces in our humble opinion - for drinks, catch ups, creativity and full on parties too :-)

We came for a hen do and it didnt disappoint!!! We had 2 hours of bottomless prosecco and bagels and then attempted to make flower head bands...will defo come again

Thought I'd pop down for the "Karaoke Love/Hate Songs" on Tuesday - nice bunch and certainly very decent karaoke host as well. Some singing talent did emerge as the night went on, and I must admit to liking this place A LOT - thanks for putting up with me!

Never been to a white girl brunch in my life before but wow it was great, bagels arm yum yum but the drinks flowed well, like I have never been to a place better to smash a few bevs while respecting women! Thanks Juels for the great service !

My friends and I went for a bottomless brunch on Saturday. I'm coeliac and always a little nervous eating somewhere new but everything was brilliant. Would recommend.

My bridesmaids brought me to Drink Shop Do on Saturday for a flower crown making crafternoon as part of my hen weekend and it was brilliant!! The lady who helped us with the crowns was lovely and very patient with those of us that were struggling!! The afternoon tea was fabulous and the food was amazing!! Great value for money- we couldn't finish it all. Thank you so much for catering for everyone's dietary needs too- we had two veggies, a vegan and my sister has a fish allergy... they all got their own special plates of food!! Can't recommend this place enough- thank you for making my day so special!!

Loved it here! Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Perfect for my hen!

I am very glad we accidentally found this beautiful place. First of all I really enjoyed it's layout, democratic and relaxed atmosphere, beautiful and cozy interior. It is full of natural daylight (of course, in a daytime) and colourful details. Secondly I was surprised it was vegan friendly and food was really delicious. I had (V) curry and also a piece of cake. It was our last day in London when we found this place so unfortunately had no chances to come back, though I would really like to try their avocado bagel – I saw someone ordered and it looked so good. I hope next time (-: All the best!

Had an hour to wait before catching a train, so we looked up local coffee shops near Kings Cross Station. This was a short walk away, and already had good reviews. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who was friendly and helpful.

Once the coffee arrived, we could see why it had good reviews and nearly 33,000 'Check ins'. The coffee was gorgeous, and the decor is nice and artistic. Will definitely come back next time we are London bound.

User

Amazing place, had a hen do here & had such a wicked time doing crafts & enjoying bottomless bunch with prosecco & bagels!! Lovely staff very friendly & attentive!!

User

A wonderful, independent and beautiful shop where I got my last-minute Xmas shopping done. Very very nice staff - thanks for the kindness & vegan cake!

I love this venue and am always keen to promote it. The care that goes into hosting events and supporting creativity is commendable and the interior is great. I booked a 'party area' for my birthday back in April and was a little disappointed that we were pretty much shoved into a dark, cold corner by the downstairs bar which was basically an extension of the dance floor. I think the site could be a little clearer on what constitutes a 'party area' as we were led to believe that we'd have a chilled private area upstairs. My guests who were pregnant and teetotal felt a bit uncomfortable and left but on the whole we enjoyed ourselves and the staff were lovely. This is a brilliant place but the website could be a bit more specific where private bookings are concerned. If you visit by day, book in for a top notch workshop and be sure to try the cake, it's amazing.

I attended with friends for a Hen Do. It was a quirky and lovely place. We made flower crowns and the woman who helped us was attentive and helpful. My friend's cakes and sandwiches were amazing with lots of selection. I had the gluten free option and it was not as nice

User

Went for my friends birthday, service was slow and rude, didn't want to give us more prosecco and after speaking to management they gave us homophobic remarks do not come here for brunch absolutely disgusting

User

Never written a bad review for anything before but this was truly terrible. Bland salad with no dressing, and when I questioned the price (which had money added because I'd asked to have a mix of two salads, but on the same size plate) I was met with disbelief by the guy behind the bar. Then his manager agreed with me that the price seemed wrong, but didn't offer me a refund, before the first guy said I had been given 'extra' ingredients. I checked the menu- I hadn't.

The only good thing about my visit was the other customer, who ordered an extra quinoa salad for his Yorkshire Terrier. Hope the dog was less disappointed than me.
