Recently had this GTR in for pothole repair work 🤦🏽‍♂️ 1 wheel ruined and 1 inner wing broken, new inner wing fitted and painted by us. Made a right mess!

Currently tackling this Transporter that took a nasty hit in the rear. Didn’t look bad but once taking up the ply floor it was a right mess! Floor straightened out, spare wheel well straightened, now panelling it up ready for paint 👍🏻

This stunning low mileage SL300 came to us sporting a marmite Zender bodykit (we hated it!). Customer wanted to put the car back to completely original after seeing the rocketing prices these are making. We stripped the outside of the car right back, brand new genuine bumpers front and rear, all new bumper rubbers, New mouldings and trims everywhere and decided to blow over the whole car to freshen it up! “My much loved XJ8 3.2 Sport which I have had from new in early September 1998 was coming up to its 20th Birthday, and coincidentally the 50th Birthday of the XJ marque. So it was time to give it some tlc. I’d already had some general service items completed on the car, and decided that the bodywork and some internal items needed attention which is where Dave and Team came in. The paintwork on the bonnet, boot lid, roof, front w...ings, both front doors, body mouldings and both rear quarters had seen better days with a couple of concentrated rust points just behind the rear of each front wheel arch. The front seats were reconditioned and make to look and feel brand new. The headlining had dropped in the rear and the sunroof area needed a tidy up too. The paintwork now looks amazing and overall Dave did a great professional job. The work was completed with a detailed clean. Two recent comments (and it has not even been out on the road yet) are ‘They’ve done a brilliant job’ and ‘It looks brand new’. The latest Classic and Sports Car magazine says that the XJ remains a contender for the ‘’best saloon of all time” crown, and has a “lithe and compact curvaceousness that is in startling contrast to the obesity of 21st Century luxury saloons”. So I recommend you trade in your modern car and find a nice XJ, just not my one - as it’s not for sale! Thanks very much Dave.”

So that’s one of the Jaguar XJ Sports finished! The car came to us after being used and abused its whole life by the same owner since new. Parked under a tree all it’s life, covered in sap, worn out seats, sagging headlining, tired paint, rusty wings, the list goes on. The customers orders were to bring her back to looking exactly as she did after it left the factory; safe to say we did not disappoint 😉 Freshly re-foamed and re-trimmed seats, all rust removed and new panels made, and a quick blow over for good measure! Now ready to be enjoyed again! One very happy customer!

Finished off the XJ Sport we had in today. Took some photos before returning it to a very very happy customer. Another Jaguar XJ Sport in this week for a general tidy-up. Gorgeous colour 😎

New sills are fitted on the e21! This car was sold to a very good customer of ours as an ‘un-molested original car’. Unfortunately this was not the case, he brought it to us to give it a thorough check over, to which we found patches all over the sills covered in filler, botched repairs to the floor, and the rear wheel wells cut because of rust but not finished 🙈 Will be like a brand new e21 by the time it leaves ✨

Started stripping the other 300SL we have in the shop, and finding some lovely rust 🙈. Can’t wait to get stuck into this one!

Spent Monday morning in Norfolk doing a customer visit. Looking at a few Alfa’s we’ve painted for him over the years and chatting about upcoming work.
Spotted this GTA Juinor Stepfront (although the step front has been cut and replaced 🤦🏽‍♂️) sat in his garden after recently being saved from a field in Holland! No doubt it will be on its way to us soon for extensive work!

The little Fiat 500 slowly starting to take shape. New rubbers and lights as always; it’s the little things that count 💙
