Lovely pub, gorgeous decor. Had a birthday party here last night for about 40 people and was great. All the staff were really helpful and looked after us brilliantly. The bar snacks were delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. Thank you for a great night!

A BIG THANK YOU to all those who helped me yesterday (27/04/16), where following a training session, I fell down the stairs outside 14-16 Alexander House, Peterborough Road, SW6 (around the corner). Special thanks to the "Duke on the Green" pub who supplied a cup of ice for the swelling, and the male staff member who came to offer First Aid. I'm OK, sight fine, nothing broken & now awaiting the bruising. Glad to know there are still some fantastic members of society out there. God bless you all x

Superb pub, beautiful inside with original tile work (listed) & the food is superb too👌🏼 I had the ham hock pâté for starter & the pie as my main. I am 6'7" & eat a lot! This filled me😋 Only negative was people sitting next to us smoking whilst we ate, then being dirty they stubbed their butts out on the pavement beneath their table......lowlifes😤

Had the sunday Roast, it was very tasty but it took them over an hour to get it to us from when it was ordered.



It was bloody good however.

Food choices limited! Normally quite good service. Just the once we had a nightmare with staff and orders taking ages. Over an hr for ice cream and coffees. On the whole it's not a bad place. It can get v busy! So pick your time wisely 😎

Coffee took 45 minutes to come after asking 3 times for it. Food came at different times. They forgot cutlery. Overall not the best experience I have ever had.

Hi, it's a good pub and well situated, but it has some issues. Some sharp practice seems to be happening with laughably short measures when you order a pint. I don't want 2 inches of froth on top, I want a pint of beer! Also, been shortchanged on occasion along with my friends. When football is on the tables are not cleared from people who have had food, presumably because there are not enough staff, but this is pretty unpleasant and cannot be allowed. If you get the staff issues sorted everything should be ok. Thanks.
