support from these people was brilliant, i had a japanese prius which is very very hard to get any help with in ireland, they spoke to me advised me and supplied me with the goods to plug directly into the prius and also a patch lead for the steering controls, i couldnt be happier with the service and i will be back

They really do a great job. I shopped a total of three times online, and every three of them they sent the products very fast (UK to TR in just 5 days...maybe 6 tops) ; As well as responded to the questions that I asked very quickly. I love 'em =D

The only place in the country it seems that had the correct wiring for my Citroen c crosser.

Delivery was prompt, there was a slight problem with the tracking number for my parcel but as soon as I emailed about it I received a response straight away and it was resolved. I can't and wouldn't even complain about that glitch anyway because I chose the free delivery option and still got a tracking number!

Ordered DAB head unit and fascia/wiring fitting kit to suit my Mazda MX-5 on Thursday evening. Opted for free 3-5 day delivery. Received shipping notification on Friday, goods arrived Saturday morning. All up and running by mid-afternoon that day.

I asked about specific adaptors for my Subaru to get everything working on the steering wheel and to adapt to the OEM loom, i was given very helpful advice through email. So much so I decided to buy my head unit through these guys aswell. Everything fitted correctly and all instructions came with to make installation simple. Watched one short youtube video to help installation as was instructed on the manual for the adapters. All works as expected.

Worst customer service and delivery from dpd UK ever.

We purchased a stereo unit recently only to get an email a few hours later stating that we were not getting the item and being refunded. I rang straight away and was told by a staff member that this item was refunded as it was no longer available and that they couldn't get that type anymore. 2 days later and this item is now again for sale at a higher price. Very bad customer service and will not be purchasing from this company in the future.

Selling an item without telling customers that it may not work with certain SD cards. I had to spend over £40 extra in total to find an SD card that worked with it. But the worst thing is that they knew there was a problem with some SD cards as they said in there email to me !!

Yes they said I could return it but this is not really possible once wittrd and wiring routed from front to back of a van

.

SD cards can be a nightmare.

I had plenty of trouble with mine until i purchased a Lexar High endurance card.

I had a brand new Kingston 32GB did not want to work at all.

Sandisc card also required formatting every 5 hours of use.

Why not recomend a card that this dashcam will work with ?

Bought a stock load of stuff from this company - only to find out I got the wrong patch lead, I therefore called up enquiring about getting the right patch lead only to be told that I am not a professional installer and this is why this has happened - when I challenged the person he started telling me I am a pussy and that I should come down to the shop and speak to his face - If this had been. me, I would have asked for an order number, checked the order and then confirmed that the patch leads were intact correct or not. If not then I would have advised that having a professional install would have avoided this from happening rather than aggressively threatening a paying customer.



Firstly, If the idiot had listened to me I was enquiring about coming in to purchase a new lead and possibly some other stuff - THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN now and I am in the right frame of mind to send my entire order back for a full refund and Ill just take my business elsewhere. God knows who these people think they are and that they can talk to their paying customers the way they do.... My business pays your salary you jobsworth!!!



Only mistake I made was not asking the oxygen thief for his name so I could speak to the owner when I next see him.
