Cakes are my true passion and I love doing them. I have a lot of experience but I'm also constantly developing myself and looking for new techniques and inspirations to make them really special and unique.
I've been baking since I remember and this is what I always enjoyed doing, so few years ago I decided to quit my job as a property manager and focus on what I love most and what gives me the greatest satisfaction - my children and my cakes. . .
I am fully registered and checked by environmental health, I'm also insured and have food safety certificate.
