Joined the Fitness Vibe Zumba and Bokwa showcase today. Absolutely loved them both. Brilliant!

But in the holidays they should make full use of slides as soon as they opened the learning pool was empty .. therefore could create more business ..

A Woman staff on reception has no customer care, the way she communicate with customers, she taking ownership of what not hers, " The Centre," She is very abrupt.

I made a complaint regarding staff on the reception desk.Somebody called me from the centre and told me they would liase with the manager and get back to me.Im still waiting 3 weeks later

Went to fun house could still do with a clean up. And the cafe never seems to be open

What has happened with the soft play area? It is absolutely filthy recently! Rubbish and food mixed in with the ball pit in the under 5s area, missing sections of padding on the floors.. such a shame it's not being maintained properly.

our membership money could do with some disinfection of toilets and hoovering of the carpets !

They need to improve customer service. No no !! actually they should have customer service.... reception always rude and make you feel you are unwanted. Always ignoring you .. Looking from outside I personally think someone pushing them to work there. I am registered there because really close to my home and group exercise are really good... if have another option i will definitely leave this place....

The showers are really disgusting and need to be cleaned more regularly. Aqua zumba class hold 40 members yet only 3 showers work in the ladies. One shower out of order now for over 5 months. Where does our subscription payment go ????

Phones unanswered, emails unanswered, also tried contacting through Facebook messenger, also unanswered. If it wasn't for the bad reviews here I literally would have thought this place didn't exist.

Nobody picked the phone I was calling over an hour period...very very bad service...no wonder why lots of us leaving them....

I recently paid to have a birthday party for my child, I was told that it was not an exclusive party, I was very surprised to see the amount of children that turned up to soft play on the day, surely the numbers exceeded the safe number limit.



There was no staff to supervise the children in the soft play areas, as the smaller children got injured by the older ones.



What deeply saddens me was out own party kids were unable to fully enjoy the facilities due to the overcrowding.



I tried several time to speak to the Manager on duty and he refused to come and speak to us. In the end, I left my contact details and three days later, he still has not contacted me. I called this morning and left my contact details again and just decided to take to social media, and await a response.



This is very bad that they could take my money and offer crap service and just get away with it, I booked this party months and was told to collect the party bags and the invitations at a later date as they were out of stock, I tried 2 weeks later, 1 month later and even on the day of the party they were still out of stock!

Horrendous experience this morning. After my daughters swim class, 3 Eastern European ladies were allowed to use the showers only. Management knew they didnt pay to use facilities, they just wanted and seemed like they needed a shower! Not only was this a ridiculous time to allow them to use the shower but they were shaving in the sinks, leaving their razors everywhere and causing the sinks to block! Absolutely disgusting! How this was allowed I do not know!!!! All management could do was apologise! Well thats just not good enough!

Had a bad experience, the first time I visited yesterday, with an extremely rude receptionist. On a Wednesday evening, the lady actually told my son he was annoying her and implied he was out of control, whilst we were simply waiting in reception for my daughter and he was visibly standing reading a book. Don't expect this kind of treatment or for any child to be spoken to in this manner, especially having only just taken up a membership with Fusion. Will not be likely to revisit this centre, not at this time anyhow.

the reception had 2 ladies on the till, but only 1 severing and the queue was out of the door and round the corner, when asked about the wait time by the time I got to the till, they didn't care...

when I got to soft play upstairs at the 16.30 session.. it was disgusting, food, bottles, on the floor, water on the floor no member of staff. Shambles!! disgusting!!! never ever again!

Awful experience, definitely don’t recommend. We booked the whole soft play for my daughters birthday which we paid a lot of money for. When we got there the tables were dirty, there was balls from the softplay all over the floor and the staff were rude. Also the toilets were disgusting. Oh and when we complained to someone he told us he was the manager when in fact he was actually a team leader.

Definitely not going back.
