Feedback from one of our feeder schools: Since returning from Education links, we have seen a vast improvement with the behaviours displayed by our student in and around the school building. There has been a drastic decrease in the number of times they have had to be removed from lesson and there has also been a notable improvement in the way in which they respond to staff and other students.
Students and staff visited the Shrouds of the Somme display at the Olympic Park. The display marks 100 years since the end of the First World War, 72,396 shrouded figures laid out in rows, shoulder to shoulder covering an area over 4000 square metres. Each figure represents a British serviceman killed at The Battle of the Somme who has no known grave, many of whose bodies were never recovered from the battlefields.
Students are working hard to create the music and sound for some animations made last term. The young people are gaining real life experience of the industry

'Thought for the week' is an important part of the school day at Education Links. Students and staff share their thoughts and opinions about famous quotes, offering time for reflection and target setting.
