Ordered Payals eggless macaroons last weekend. Not eating eggs my whole life ..I wanted to see why Macaroons were such a big thing! The flavours were delicious as really well made. My friends (who eat eggs) said they were nicer than normal macaroons as held together better. They were slightly too sweet for my palate but I've been told that's how they are meant to taste. My favourite were the pistachio, rose, coffee and chocolate ones :). Look forward to trying some other eggless bakes in the future.

Payaal is a wonderful, friendly and approachable lady and her courses are relaxing and comfortable whether you have baked before or not. Their is only maximum of 4 attendees so the lessons are very 1-1. Payaal is always ready to answer all your questions and even after the course if you contact her she is always there to help.
