A wonderful opportunity for youngsters aged 5 up to 18 to "have a go" on a musical instrument. From Trumpets, Horns, Trombones to Oboes, Bassoons, Violins, Violas, Cellos, Double Bass to Flutes, Sax, Clarinets, & Drums Percussion, your children can try them all with expert help from the EJMS music teachers & wonderful music shops Dawkes, Howarths of London, Bell Percussion (TBC). LAST DAY OF EJMS 1/2 TERM THIS SAT - HAVE A LOVELY WEEK OFF AND SEE YOU ON SAT 9TH JUNE 😀

We just wanted to thank everyone who helped us organise our fabulous 25th Anniversary Day last Saturday. It was wonderful to freeze our timetable so that teachers, students, parents and friends could all chat & eat the beautiful EJMS cupcakes & pop a balloon or 2 😂 Special thanks to Amanda for sorting all the elements that made it so EJMS 😂 and to Lydia's dad Vaughan Matthews for documenting our frozen 30mins - more pics to come. It's an amazing achievement to celebrate 25 ye...ars of independence and this is because 25 years ago some amazing parents decided that it was just not acceptable to lose such an important musical organisation for children due to a lack of funding. EJMS was reborn as we know it now with Trustees who donate their time to ensure that EJMS is an independent, financially viable organisation, that gives our children the very best musical education and more importantly a love of sharing and playing music together. 😀 So huge thanks to everyone at EJMS from the Trustees,Teachers, EJMS Staff, the Friends of EJMS and of course the wonderful students who make it all worth while 😀
