Wow Hornchurch for centrals

Just a few pic from last weekend competing in Liverpool with the Bnbf British finals I am still improving and so proud how I managed too achieve all I did with a traumatic year.so much support from my coach rick waters pro8 he helped me throu so many bad days . Jeff my bestie and all my clients and friend were awsome also. And I have too say using agf supplementation rearly helped me throu my prep. Goal goals good feed back from Bnbf judges which has just inspired me even more Bring on 2019

Placed 2nd in Bnbf qualifier with an invite too the Britain in Liverpool ,I had an awesome day big thanks for all my support and a big thumbs up too all backstage peeps you were awesome as always yesterday 💪💪
