Hello Sainsbury's 🐮
I used to live opposite the one on Camden Road when I first moved to London in the 90's and new a guy who could perform the "Last chicken in Sainsbury's" act whilst driving a tour bus. BUT today is the first time I am heading there on a mission and going out of my way to do so.
🌱 The reason of course is their plant based, pop up butcher, although I'm not sure I'm keen on the word butcher being associated with plant based, because you can't really but...cher a plant or can you? However, it's a positive move for those of us who prefer not to eat animal products and want to eliminate crulety to animals everywhere.
Are you going to try this out over the weekend? Please let me know your thoughts.

Marrakesh is one of the most diverse cities I've been to. I'd been about 10 years ago and the memories were still so vivid. When I arrived there this time, it felt exactly the same, even the bars and reasturants were in the same place, the square was bustling and the people were hassling, but step outside of the Medina and a whole new side of Marrakesh awaits you.
... It's like the tale of of two cities, where cultural diversity meets centuries old practices.
The Berber people of Morrocco are still the original natives and are now ensuring their culture is not lost, they have found their voice again after years of oppression.
The Berber cutlure and launguage is being taught in schools again after many many many years.
Sometimes slow and steady does win the race.
Make sure you have the resilience it takes and never give up for what you truly believe in.

A very good friend just asked me some advice on how to promote an e-book on social media. My response was the equivalent of a full page of A4 at 8pt. It’s complicated folks, you need to attack your promotion from all angles, think BIG, go HARD and get the right advice. Or you run the risk of spending money on Ads that just don’t go anywhere or audiences who are just plain wrong for your product. There is no quick fix for Facebook or Instagram Ads. Whose doing your social media marketing?
