We recognize the potential for the disruption of our operations due to a further s...pread of the COVID-19 but have systems in place to keep everything moving in our normal efficient way.
• instituted a business continuity plan, which (if necessary) will allow our staff members who are able to too work remotely. • Implemented a shift work pattern if needed for our warehouse team to minimise exposure but to enable us to get your orders to you quickly. • instituted clear health and safety guidelines that are regularly communicated to all employees, including placing travel restrictions, encouraging social distancing where possible. • implemented precautionary measures around keeping our premises sanitised.
Our store will still be open but we ask that if you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19 that you do not come in, you can always phone us and we will be more than happy to arrange shipping your items to you.
At this worrying time, it is important that we all support one another and we want you to know you can count on us to keep you enjoying your hobby to the best of our abilities and we are grateful for your continued support.
