What a surprise: breaks was good. So the cocktails.

Wine could have been to the 2012 as advertised. But it was nice to chill with elliott

Claire's espresso Martini were gorgeous!

User

Small eclectic tea room at the bottom of Alexandra Palace, good selection of teas and coffees, served in relaxing and homely environment, very nice poached eggs! Certainly worth a visit

Regular GI breakfaster after my runs makes this brunchtastic place my fav Sunday go-to. Can't fault the food or the service. It's just a joy. Sometime the music is a little too loud otherwise, its the best!

User

One of the best cafes in London! Love their breakfast, staff is very nice and I am yet to try their cocktails :)

I've just had lunch in Elsie's cafe and Deli on priory road. Beautiful setting, great food, atmosphere and decor. Loved it. Will definitely be trying out sharing plate and cocktails one eve.

User

Excellent little cafe just by the bus stop. We stopped by for brunch last Sunday after tennis session and enjoyed it lots! Highly recommended eggs benedictine with ham on muffins, bloody marys and surprise... little chocolate treat with the bill. The place is packed around midday so be there quick! Speaking of quick - service was excellent and food was on our table in no time.

User

User

A really friendly cafe with great salads, light lunches & fun breakfasts. The staff are well trained and smart and there is nice buzz to the place . They have strong wifi and don't mind you sitting having a coffee and reading your emails.

I’ve looked forward to a visit here for about a year. I spotted the cakes advertised on a local group then checked the FB page and thought it looked amazing.

So our visit this morning was really disappointing. One lovely member of staff (thank you) one very rude, actually disdainful, member of staff. We felt truly unwelcome - I’m unsure what we did to offend when we walked through the door!? She was surly. pulled the menu from the 2 year old (who was reluctant to give it up) and caused tears (she said she needed it for other customers and then went to return it to the space with the ten+ other menus!). She ‘dumped’ our food and drinks on the table without words (in the wrong places).

The coffee was lovely. The croissants weren’t very fresh but actually had we had a warmer reception I may not have noticed that.

The 2 stars (rather than 1) are because it’s a lovely looking place.

Needless to say we won’t be back.
