They have the worst customer service. I had been a regular customer for more than 4 years and i bring them few more customers,bot it didn’t worth it at all. Last week we had been there to make my friend engagement ring one size smaller (the ring was bought from them 4 weeks ago),the refused to do it,after that they decided to do it ready for the next day afternoon,but mentioned that it’s not going to be their fault if the ring gets broken during repairing the size!I found that totally out of order and rude I was trying to explain in a calm manner and he instead spoke back in such a rude way.
We just gone to the shop behind them and they done the job for 30 minutes!
Elwan Worst customer service ever...they are all friendly when paying them money but when going back to them for help totally rude. Worst business ever!!!!
They damaged my bracelet, denied that it was them, the man who did the work came and shouted at me he was very rude, he lied and said management is not available and then all the sudden she was there on the phone when I refused to leave without any compensation, the manager was very rude and said if I'm threatening to take legal action she don't need to do nothing for me, they was very rude and unhelpful and I wouldn't recommend anyone using this service if you care and value your jewellery because it will not come back in the same condition it went there in. I'm disappointed and discussed at there service.
