Emma Bord Personal Training Description

Emma Bord is a certified PERSONAL TRAINER, a health and fitness enthusiast, marathon runner and dancer.

Emma creates exciting, challenging and productive work outs, tailored for each individual client according to their personal goals. Sessions can be taken at clients houses, public outdoor spaces or a studio in North West London which boasts a range of modern equipment.

Emma also runs a range of classes through the week focussing on body conditioning, fat loss and toning. A weekly post natal class is also on offer for new mums looking to get back into shape in a safe and comfortable environment.

Plus post natal class on Mondays at 2pm
