We have received many emails from our customers regarding items not being delivered, especially orders marked as dispatched on the 4th and 5th March. Purchased a heart Keyring last year with a picture of me and my boyfriend for part as a Xmas stocking filler for him. This year it's a Keyring of a picture of our baby boy who grew his wings far too early. Even though they aren't my gifts I love them anyway and my boyfriend loves them too.
Ordered a personalized keyring which my girlfriend loved. Very good customer service, I spelt a word wrong and after emailing them they corrected no problem.
