Just added a CoreAlign in my studio part mind-body, part cardio, part strength! Totally unique!!! Exercises for shaping and toning the calves, thighs, hips and shoulders are included, along with exercises that challenge the core, improve balance and enhance coordination. The CoreAlign offers unique approach to functional movement, combining cardiovascular work and integrated, full body exercises with a mind-body approach! 😀😀😀 so excited!!!

When you observe a foot and the skeleton of the foot together you can see how the bones are meant to be shaped. The fibula, (the lateral bone of the leg) and the lateral side of the foot are almost in a straight line. There is very little splaying out of the 4 th and 5 th toes. The tibia comes straight down centered over the rest of the bones of the foot. In most people the tibia and inner ankle drop and cause break down on the inside edge of the foot. Common foot problems ca...used by this are plantar fasciitis, bunions, fallen arches, and flat feet. You also see that the toes are meant to be extensions of the metatarsals and come directly straight out from them. Most people's toes do not line up with the corresponding metatarsals at all. You also see that the 5th metatarsal is on the floor and the first is lifted and does not touch the floor. The natural occurring arch begin on the lateral side and gradually rises to the metatarsal of the big toe. The inner foot should never be dropped to the floor if you are honoring the possibilities of your foot's optimum alignment and potential.It is easy to begin to retrain your feet when you understand your foots potential and when you see the visual of what your feet can look like. Foot education is crucial for balance, grace and longevity.
