Great service

When renting a car driving out of Heathrow Enterprise is my first choice ���

After a long flight from Australia, and a sleepless night worrying about whether our whole trip would be spoilt because I couldn’t get a car - Enterprise came to the rescue .

I cannot say thank you enough - all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant , and after an unhelpful experience at a competitors it was a huge relief to have a car and be able to set off on our long dreamed about trip. Great car, great staff, excellent service - Thank you Enterprise, will definitely use your services again in the future . Keep up the great standard.

Terrible experience. Booked a car online for £60 told they won’t let me drive it without paying another £40.



Then demanded a credit card (which I didn’t have) and wouldn’t accept my debit card. Terrible awful customer experience. I’ll stick with Hertz next time.

Terrible customer service!!

Have received notice via email of a citation and the help number rings out after 30 minutes! I’ve been calling for over 2 days now!!!!

Very unhappy as i leave the country tomorrow and need to deal with it asap!!!!

Shocking, I've previously booked both vans and cars from Enterprise but this time I've been told, 'computer says no'. The reason? Because their software can't find me on the electoral role. Nice, I've called the council and confirmed I'm still on the electoral role. But because Enterprise use a system that can't verify this I now have no van booked for next week. What a shocking company, your systems are inadequate and you have no feed back/escalation procedure to resolve the issue. It's been nice but I'll find another rental company for my future needs.

Never specified on their website that non UK citizens cannot rent a car if they have been in the UK for more than 12 months. Great job guys, not like you deal with international customers daily or anything...

Just had a car from enterprise dirty damaged

pressure into having extras charges when in a non fault accident being told they cannot claim extra charges of fault insurance

when I sent car back 3/4 of an hour later we can give you another car!

so why send me out with A sub standard car in the first place

only get one chance to make an impression and you failed miserably

Oh and when I took it back the lazy car cleaner just put another tag in it saying cleaned and ready to go had to be told to clean it out properly and empty the rubbish out of it so now without a car while mine is fixed

Double charged for VAT

Double charged for Premium Location fee.

Charged for Excess Protection despite declining it at the rental desk, explaining that I had third party protection from WorldwideInsure at a fraction of the cost.

Vehicle needed expensive AdBlue just 30kms after leaving Heathrow. This should have been added by enterprise themselves. An additional cost.



Sharp and deceptive business practices make this a rental company to avoid at all costs.



No written or printed contract is given to clients. They give you the key and ask you to sign a tiny and illegible Ipad contract that is then emailed to you once you have left the depot. It is this contract that includes the additional charges. Refuse to sign this and insist on a printed contract before leaving with the car, and have them remove all charges that were not specifically requested or for which you have already paid.

Dear Enterprise, Please honour your promise to get back to me shortly, made 8 days ago, regarding extra fees charged without any billing or paperwork provided as yet. It is really spoiling the impression I had of friendly people and a goood car. Accountability!! is key to a relationship y9u can count on. Will this too languish unread? Will it make future cjstomers wise before the event?

Car was unbelievably dirty inside on collection. When mentioned to attendant he was very dismissive and said it's only water marks! What a load of bullsh*t.
