Reviews
An incredibly accurate article that makes a lot of sense. Which of the 4F's are you in response to abandonment, trauma... etc.? Or do you know someone close to you that fits with one of the 4F response categories? It is likely that the coping strategy adopted during the traumatic event will still be used years later. Psycho education is an excellent tool to learn about how to make changes both in the therapy room and through self-help.
Refusing to continue generations of toxic patterns as a one man band requires resilience and strength like nothing you can imagine. Well done to all the ‘black sheep’ out there that have made it their task for this lifetime.
