Top notch fitness facility with unparalleled amenities. I'm a member of the Bay St club in Toronto (Canada), which I thought set a pretty high bar..but the London club sets the new gold standard!

Location is fab �

Nothing could be more inspiring for wellness and firness. Perfect combination between space& interior design, natural light, window view, atmosphere, the music is always top and the food is at least good or very good. It is certainly the cleaest club i have ever found. In Kensington we are obviosuly on a different planet compared to any other Equinox on the planet: in London the standard is much higher. Conclusion: well done everybody, keep up with the good work...and "commit to something":)

I am a new member of Equinox-Kensington and I am loving it! Thank you to all Equinox team for great work and especially to John Shehan for putting together great classes.Especially i enjoyed :Tabata by Rory Knight and Alex Lawson; Metcon3-John Shehan;Shockwave-Rory Knight;Power Yoga by Amme Poulton; all types of boxing classes by Lex and Sonja Moses!Thank you Equinox for making me fitter and stronger every day ;)

Great Gym, Great people, Great Manager who actually looks like he works out. Heaven on earth for anyone who spends any significant time working out.

Excellent classes. Excellent teachers. Wonderfully clean. Great lounge. Love that i can use the US gyms too. Missing a pool.

As the Maintenance Manager I can hold my head high in saying this is the cleanest health facility in London. From the locker rooms to the studios I can assure it will always be up to a five star standard. Machines are not out of service for more than 48 hours. The staff members are extremely friendly and aim to give 110% into everything they do.

Amazing facility with super professional service best gym I've ever been to by far!

Although I was truly impressed when I signed up, I have experienced inconsistent service in the past months. A couple of examples are: the air-con failing in the middle of the summer for days; the steam room, which has to be manually operated by members, going out of order for days without notifying the members.

My expectations for this high end establishment are simply higher and I'm hoping the management can ensure a better service is provided going forward.

After 9months here , I am very pleased to leave this gym . I joined in the first place because of my past experiences in the United States. However the service, atmosphere here in London is another thing . The management is terrible , staff barely say good morning except a few from the front desk . People in the locker room has no shame walking around naked while complimentary towels are unlimited ... I won’t talk about the robbery issue going on in the locker room ( they decline all the responsibility but staff has access to the locker).... When I had to cancel my membership since I was going back home , it has been more than 15 emails and waste of time . I had to re do all the paperwork because of their mistakes , my account has been debited without notice and no apologies . I don’t recommend . The PT experience also has nothing to do with the US . They just want to sell you sessions , are not honest about their results ( especially when they use steroids but won’t admit ) I will still go to equinox United States but for the UK , never again .

Terrible level of service. Joined Equinox for its classes and personal training. Classes are over subscribed (sometimes over 100 people in a small room) and arranging personal training is a haphazard and difficult process (lots of emails required as many times these go unanswered) and that's if you are lucky enough to get a slot as there is too much demand. The gym itself is nice, but again very busy especially on weekends. Overall, Equinox is great at selling you things but terrible at meeting customer expectations and delivering. Oh and the inflexible terms of membership mean you're locked in for 13 months without a break...
