The whole day was so relaxing. My husband and I went as a treat from our sons and it certainly was a treat. We both had a treatment that was the best, the pool, the juccuzi, the warm beds, it was all very tranquil and we left feeling so good

The facilities are beyond excellent, the treatments were brilliant... it is so vast and beautiful and relaxing, you forget you are in the heart of London. Thoroughly recommended!

The best spa I've been to in the world, the changing rooms alone are the best thing I've ever experienced, amazing treatments, sleep room, lovely lunch in the white lounge, opulent and indulgent. Expensive but worth every penny!!!! I can't wait to return. Heaven in London

Lovely therapist who didn't pressure me to buy products like I have had happen at other places. First class changing and lounge facilities. Having access to the thermal floor is a lovely perk of staying at the Corinthia.my favourite thing was the heated marble loungers.

Just drop dead gorgeous interiors! Mesmerising fireplaces. Lovely warm friendly staff throughout. A little ditsy at reception but any niggles got sorted out in the end. Great massage (bloke with a French accent I believe). Incredible jacuzzi with 5 different types of water jets and fountains. Gym has cool super high tech treadmills and free bottled water, coconut juice and delish gourmet protein snacks.

I went with my sister for a day spa and facial . The staff were all helpful and attentive. The place has an amazing design all over ...relaxing, calming , joyful experience. Loved the jet stream in the Jacuzzi it felt so good just like a full body massage. The facial was very professional and the young lady was very kind and pleasant, the best I've had !

Will definitely go there again , highly recommended .

I was treated to a spa day here and had the best day! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The spa itself has everything you need and more and is just beautiful! I also had 2 treatments which were amazing and very professional! (Sports massage and facial) I would highly recommend this spa - the best I have been to by far!

I own a luxury lifestyle PR agency in London and I am also a luxury lifestyle writer so I've travelled a bit and I've seen some great unique places. The Espa Spa at the Corinthia Hotel is hands down the best spa I've ever experienced in my life.

I can see why it has been voted number one in Europe. It is absolutely stunning and I would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I can't wait for my next visit.

Best spa in London hands down. This has been my favourite spa for the last 2-3 years. Intimate, stylish and simply sublime. My favourite spots are the sauna in the thermal pools although the ladies sauna is much hotter, the pool area and the sleep pods. Treatments are truly lush. 5* is not even enough to reflect the amazingness of this place.

Beautiful surroundings, calming atmosphere, wonderful facial and massage and excellent manicure and pedicure. All around the best spa experience ever, you forget you're in a busy capital city.

Staff welcoming & informative during their orientation to the areas. Swimming pool slightly small, especially, when it was children's times to use it.... too crowded to swim & noisy at times. Vitality pool was invigorating. Sauna uncomfortable hot so unable to gain full benefit. Steam room used.



Sleeping pods would be been better if a Silent Room sign had been posted outside since people used it for a chit-chat so disturbed a rest period.



Lunch menu limited & quite expensive for the size of the portions. Fruit & nuts available complimentary. Smoothie made to your personal choice .... delicious.



The highlight of the day was the 2 hours taken for a facial & body scrub with wrap. Therapist was pleasantly engaging & informative about treatment & products. Bought two gift packs afterwards.



Really enjoyed the day but quite expensive.

We Arrived at spa, the receptionist that checked us in was very unfriendly and didn't seem to no what she was doing on the pc even calling another member of staff over for guidance

We got taken to changing area and told where the thermal suit was, but not shown the facilities or how anything worked for a flagship spa this was pretty poor! Thankfully we are seasoned spa uses and worked most stuff out but you could see other clients uncomfortable and unsure about facilities.



We Couldn't fault treatment massage & facial the therapists where very good indeed.



we are Espa fans, the facilities are are high end, but in today's market there's lots of choice out there reception staff need educating in customer service.

after a relaxing day we headed to check out and ended up waiting a fair time over a bill that was wrong again pretty poor for such a high end spa, eventually sorted paid and left.

would we return ? Probably not! Would we recommend? Not really, it's good but there's lots of fabulous spa's with similar facilities for less money and much more professional attentive staff that want you to make the most of your time with them.

I am a regular spa user and have never been so lost and confused in one as I was here yesterday

No signs visible for the spa on entry to the hotel and when in the spa the signs were poor and with being on so many levels, felt disorientated. My three friends felt the same

Was shocked to see young children and babies in the spa and the noise they created was unbearable. Getting in and out of pools was tiresome and slow and being splashed in the face by excited, noisy children is not the relaxing ambiance I was expecting.

We had organized this relaxing day for a friends Special birthday but I'm afraid it certainly wasn't relaxing at all until the children left

My friends and I had a lovely catch up and enjoyed the facilities but I am struggling to comprehend the cost as it just wasn't value for money at all. The 'lunch' was very tasty but very frugal and felt quite insulted by the portion sizes and the fact that my salmon wasn't even served with at least a salad!

I won't recommend this particular Spa to anyone especially as children are allowed until 11.30am and after 3.30pm and as its on so many confusing levels.

Would love a refund to use another Espa spa with more value for the money
