The European Union is represented in the United Kingdom by the Delegation of the EU in London. In close coordination with the Embassies and Consulates of the 27 EU Member States throughout the UK, the Delegation actively promotes EU interests & policies.

The European Civil Society Prize 2018 rewards innovative initiatives carried out by civil society organisations and/or individuals on the territory of the EU and aimed at raising awareness of the multiple layers and richness of European identities, exploiting the full potential of Europe's cultural wealth, facilitating access to European cultural heritage and promoting European values (respect for human dignity and human rights, freedom, democracy, equality and the rule of law). A total of EUR 50 000 will be awarded to a maximum of five winners. 📅 Deadline for applications is 7 September 2018.
