Perfect
London’s shame.
If there was a minus score I'd give it! It's no wonder this country is in the mess it's in if this is what we have as one of our main stations in the capital. Chaos reigns, the staff are abysmal, the trains are filthy, the toilets are disgusting both on the station (and expensive!!) and the train. Unless something is done about the state of our so called public transport, there will be more and more cars on the road! Shameful.
I call it the shed for good reason. No windows, hoards on people...cattle are treated better!
Had the misfortune of using this station today. What a dump! No wonder the staff look so miserable. Considering it is one of the main stations of the capital it is shameful. Go to other countries like Austria, in fact most European countries, and let them show you how to run public transport and stations. I travelled across Europe last year, and not once was I spoken to or treated the way I was tonight at Euston. The staff are vile, do they actually get any training? If I had spoken to a customer the way I was spoken to tonight, I would be sacked on the spot. The whole train industry needs a good shake up!
