Ordered £25 worth of food online. The order got accepted so we waited. An hour and a half later, at 00.15, we rang the place and just asked them how long it would be. We gave him the address, and he repeated a different address back to us. We then said "no, its ...." And told him we recieved the email to say you've accepted our order. He then hung up on us!! Weve tried calling back 7 or 8 times now, and nobody has answered the phone. I can't speak with Just Eat because theyre shut, and no other takeaways are open for us to order food from.

Absolutely abysmal 'service', and I will guarantee that I'll be posting this review absolutely everywhere!

Just had 4 curries from here and not one but two had large hairs in them, when I rang to inform the shop the staff were very rude and unprofessional and refused to give me my money back it was only when I went to the shop and insisted I did not want another curry and I told other customers about the food they eventually gave me my money but only for the curries with hairs even though we could not eat the rest . Hairs was unacceptable but the customer service was disgusting
