The Challenge team at F45 Head Quarters are so proud of the amazing transformations that have been sent in by studios around the globe. The F45 Challenge family continues to grow each round, as we reached a new record for the total number of participants competing in the last Challenge.
A HUGE congratulations to all of you, who participated in Challenge and achieved the goals you set out, 8 weeks ago. The jaw-dropping transformations made it very difficult for the panel of judges to make a decision but the first, second and third place winners have now been selected, so here they are!
