Fab Fest '18

FAB FEST is coming back for the third year in a row to central London. Bringing more than 30 architecture pavilions built completely out of cardboard by architecture students from 16 different countries!
What's on:
'Let’s Make!' ... Is a unique one-day making festival taking place on Saturday 7th July. Part of the FAB FEST International Fabrication Competition, it features making and drawing workshops for all the family as well as an exhibition of extraordinary pavilions and installations, and new artworks and a pavilion made by students from St. Edwards Primary School and St. Mary’s Bryanston Square School. The workshops are taught by expert makers and artists, and aimed at sharing the magic of making and drawing with children and grown-up children of all ages. Festival goers can also enjoy live music by TSMB, Karina Ramage and very special FAB FEST house jazz band, snacks and drinks!
12:00 - Doors open. 12:00 - 16:00 - Workshops, activities and live music.
'MUSIC@FABFEST' Is a unique musical performance taking place in the heart of London and set amongst the stunning pavilions and installations of FAB FEST. The transient structures built by students of Architecture from around the world provide the evocative, one-off setting for music from some of London’s most talented bands. Only few months left until the festival. We are now preparing all necessary details. We are very excited and looking forward to meeting all of our participants and guests from around the world!

Due to a popular demand and many uncertainties if you can still enter the festival, we are reintroducing the Installation category. It is an open category, everyone can apply, so even if you are practicing architect and would like your practice to enter it, feel free to apply!
