The only problem I had at the fabric guild was stopping myself spending all my money!! There is so much choice at an amazing price!!!

Placed my first order on Monday and it arrived Thursday. I ordered 13 different fabrics, 1 was sadly not available, which wasn't the end of the worrld. All 12 fabrics that I received were really lovely quality fabrics. Really happy and will definitely ordered from you again. Thank you :-D

Ordered German floral cotton and it was even prettier than in the photo. I have now ordered more as I decided to do more with it than I had planned.

Delivery was also very fast.

Will definitely use this site again.

Just received my 3rd delivery over the last 2 months....super quality fabric, great prices...unfortunately I just can't resist it when a new batch arrives at the warehouse....thank you x

I’ve been shopping with the fabric Guild many years now when I lived in Northamptonshire .i now live in Lincolnshire and stillbuy online and visit occasionally love the staff the service and of course the fabric.

I’m more than pleased with my first order which I received very quickly.. Beautiful fabric at an excellent price, thank you x

I live in South Africa and have ordered twice since end of 2017, both times my Moms received my fabric in excellent time for its trip to SA. Thank you for your good service and gorgeous fabric!

I know that sometimes it takes a little while to get fabric when ordering online but the deals are fantastic.....fabric has become so expensive for crafters and to find a site where a real bargain can be had is a bonus...thank you

I have placed several orders with Fabric Guild and have always been delighted with the fabric. The latest order, received a couple of days ago, is no exception. In fact, I think it's the best yet. Thank you.

I have had quite a few orders from F. G and although sometimes not quick to arrive and sometimes things have sold out in the crossover, the staff are always polite and helpful and do contact if you give your phone number. Anyone not happy with the service, I would say give the guys a break and be prepared that some things may be sold out coz let's be honest their prices for the quality of fabric are pretty hard to beat. Love shoppingwith F.B, only complaint is I spend too much !!!

Always have a good spend up! Friendly service and free biscuits with coffee! Agree shop online needs to be quicker, I always allow 3 weeks for delivery, continue to use online due to shop is nearly 2 hours away. Good quality fabric at fantastic prices.

After sticky start with my order it was corrected with minimal fuss. Great customer service. Thanks.

A great place for all kinds of crafting stuff, very helpful staff, great choice of material. Been taking mum here for years, she loves it :-)

The quality of the fabric I ordered was excellent, but again only three stars due to the two week wait for it to arrive. I ordered something from abroad 8 days after the order from the fabric guild and it arrived on the same day.

I was very pleased with my fabrics when they arrived. Only reason for giving 3 stars was due to the delay in them arriving. As I mentioned, it would be helpful to dispaly some kind of ordering policy. Perhaps a schedule of when an order is recieved, it will be processed on such a such day, with an estimated dispatch. I understand that there may be orders of a larger value than some. But I am still a paying customer.

Ordered on the 19th of October. Needed fabric to make customer orders. Heard nothing but messaged

them with another order on the 30th of October. Replied that they still hadn't sent out my original order!!! Received today 5th November in the same parcel. 2 fabrics have been substituted not too bad. Nice fabric on the whole. But have been charged £7.28 to sent 1 parcel, half taking over 2 weeks to get here. Postage was £2.62. Usual shop there when visiting my daughter, need to think hard before I order by post again. Very disappointed in the service. Val Hicks.

Ordered 18th January finally dispatched 31st January. Two of the items I ordered had gone out of stock in the meantime. Great value for money and a good way to build your stash but I wouldn't bother to order again if I needed something particular and needed it within a week.



Addendum

22nd February - I finally got the refund for the items which were out of stock, over a month after I placed my order.

I went last week, the lady in the calico room was very rude and unhelpful, when I went back into the room to have another look she was very rude to another lady.. This is not customer service especially if you are a beginner and not sure what you are looking for and trying to ask for help.. If I come back and see she is rude I will complain..

Costs nothing to be polite!
