"girlswillbeboys presents" is a series of short films written and produced by Charnah Ellesse.
This series is to open up a discussion around modern day gender assigned roles, through shared experiences and personal journeys to self acceptance.
This event is the debut screening of the 2nd project in this series, which is supported by Weekday, a Swedish brand dedicated to encouraging self-confidence and self-expression.
... This short visual has been created around the phrase "girls will be boys" and how it's interpreted by a number of different people from different backgrounds, genders and sexualities, which the event will be a celebration of.
The night will also include a full DJ set from Kwaleo, and the opportunity to get a first glimspe at the first girlswillbeboys tshirt design that will be released later this month.
