I work for the Sara Lee Trust at St. Micheal's Hospice on Tuesday evenings. I am also an FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) Coordinator for the Eastbourne development group.
I'm so excited to be working as a Holistic Therapist. I have always taken a proactive approach to my own health. I started visiting holistic practitioners back in 2001 to support my own well-being, and keep my stress levels in check whilst working in front line jobs. I have become increasingly fascinated with reflexology in particular due to positive experiences. My objective is to provide high quality, affordable treatments.
My background is in Visual Arts and Occupational Therapy, and multi-agency working in the voluntary sector.

Dear friends 🌻 as many of you already know, I am in a rapid process of relocating to Peterborough at the end of April. 🏠 Since the decision was made (around my Ian's career) everything seems have fallen into place. I am delighted to have accepted a job as a Complementary Therapist in a hospice (Wisbech). I also hope to re-establish an FHT group in the Peterborough area.

I have been using this CD in my reflexology sessions alot recently.. and my customers really love it! It's around an hour long, perfect for a treatment session.
