We have been using our time off of events recently to play with some new ideas. This we delightfully calling a "Pig Nugget" smoked an slow cooked pigs head in a southern fried coating. Possibly coming to a place near you

We are taking a week off from Platform at Argyle St Arches this week to go and help Ginger & Chilli hopefully win the British Street food awards in London but fear not.. the ever wonderful Fujisan are house sitting for us while we are away so make sure to go and grab some of the 2nd best fried chicken in Glasgow 😉🍗🐔🍚 kidding. Its dead good.

Their coffee infused brisket was basically the best thing I've ever eaten. Look out for them at the dockyard, their food is delish!!x
