Very very impressed by the crash courses! My 4 year old they wouldn't go near water last year in Portugal and used to scream his head off can now swim comfortably with floats and my 6 year old who couldn't swim at all and didn't like the water in his face can now doggy paddle and flat on his back! They're eager to do the next session now! Professional group sessions and 1-1 attention too. X�

The manager is a Sound bloke if he wants a few crates of desperados he’s knows what he’s gotta do

So many bad reviews so felt I had to leave one, came here yesterday was amAzing. Staff were spot on with safety. Clean and my kids had so much fun will go again 100%

Our first visit, had a fab day! Kids can’t wait to go back. Ideal day out for my son’s birthday.



So accessible by train, 5 mins from the station. Well worth the 36 min journey. Quicker than driving!

My sister and I visited here today. We both have children my child's 8 and my sisters 11 & 15. This was our first time to visit and I wanted to message you and say thank you. We had a fantastic time. The outdoor pools were clean, tidy, and foremost I'm very grateful to the staff that was on duty today bank holiday Monday. Not only did they oversee the safety of the pools there was always some one walking about watching and inspecting anything or any issues. My nephew hurt his foot and was helped out of the pool. He was ok but another lifeguard also see this and made the effort to come and ask if he was ok or if needed a ice pack. It isn't oftern that I have come across such decent staff and a lovely place to being my child and family. So once again thank you. We will be returning soon.

Fantastic place to visit with all the family. There are loads if different pools to use so something for all ages. The pool and changing area are clean and well staffed. The lifeguards were all very attentive, helpful and polite. I asked if I was allowed to wake pictures of my daughter and her friends as we were there for her birthday and the staff very helpfully told me that all I needed to do was sign a register and wear a sticker I was given and then it would be fine. Very reasonably priced I thought and we will definitely be visiting again. Well worth the half hour drive from where we live.

An excellent pool. Have always taken my twins here since birth. We tried a lot of swimming pools to find which one was easiest for us to take our twins to and Faversham pool was by far the best. Lovely baby pool with a fun slide. Lots of little swimming toys (buckets, ducks, tea pots, cups etc) for the kids to play with. there are 2 very large changing rooms which the double buggy fitted in easily and they have a baby charging fold down table too. Lovely cafe for snacks and drinks aftetwards and hi chairs available for the little ones. Very friendly staff also. Highly recommended from us. ���

Absolutely love this place! The childrens pool is fab and the staff are so friendly. What a gem of a place to have on our doorstep. Thank you!

I visited here today and had a lovely day with my 2 children. I liked the fact that the lifeguards were actually keeping an eye on the pools and safety. They were questioning children that looked young to be without an adult in the pool and ensured they were with an adult if needed, I don't see this happen in any other pool �

However I do have a couple of issues...Firstly the smell of weed in the outside areas. I arrived at 930am and the stench of it is just ridiculous. With young children I wasn't happy that all I could smell was a drug...so maybe you need to ban smoking altogether in the outside areas...i know u have a smoking area but the smell and fumes do travel and I don't think it's fair. Secondly I appreciate it is a very hot day and a bank holiday! However I do feel you need to limit the amount of people into the pools by using a wristband....3 hour limit or something. That is plenty of time to have fun. It just got too busy and dangerous after a while.. so for safety and a good experience for current users you should stop people from keep turning up and literally sitting on eachother outside.



On a good note though....We had 3 hours here and had a wonderful day.

Stood in a que for 45 mins to use your swimming pool, asked the man letting people in if he would let me use the toilet In 30 degree heat he answered no and said I needed to use the public ones. I explained that I was 6months pregnant ( even though you could clearly see) he replied the public ones were the same distance I said but I'm pregnant and wanted to use the pool ones. He reluctantly let me in. nice man �. Pool was too crowded couldn't even get in pool!

Ny first visit today with a friend who had been before with no problems and I loved the pools and but what spoilt it were the very rude staff. They spoke to my friend around 6 times telling her she needed to be closer to her son or she had to watch him better as he was a non swimmer and as his mum she knows what she's doing and he was in the shallow end. My son also asked how deep it was at the deep end and was told rudely.... just deep so shut up now!!! We were not the only ones unhappy with how they were spoken to today and how many times so much as my son would enjoy coming back neither I nor my friend will be returning. We don't get this problem at Maidstone and its free parking so we will stick to that I think.

Is a shame I have to leave a low review as iv been a couple times and enjoyed it but today we travelled 40 Mins with 2 children under 3 and all that was open when we got there was the indoor and outdoor main pool, nothing for our 8 month old so got her out after half hour, the main pool stunk of dirty toilets and outside a strong smell of weed?? Wouldn’t mind but we travelled to you as our local pools never have the children’s bits open either with no heads up on any website so a wasted journey

Utter rude life guards and the managers are so rude to you when I said I would not use them again for how rude the staff was I was told We Won’t Miss Your Money Anyway never again would not recommend at all !!!!!!

Turned up this morning was waiting over an hour to get in managed to get to the main enterance whilst people were jumping the que to get to the front we were told were have to wait till people left to get in was in there a while my son of 4 pushed a little boy had the security guard come over abrupt telling me to leave the premerses as him pushing him is like kids fighting in the street he’s 4 he has behaviour problems and can’t cope with big crowds I don’t condone him pushing him but was watching my children the whole time I was there as I was so frightened there go off half of the life guards weren’t even watching the children standing around talking absolutely disgusting service and rude staff won’t be coming again

So my boy just nearly drowned 3 inches away from lifeguards went under 3 times. Took me screaming at them to notice and even then didn't care

So I visited this pool today with my 1 year old travel from Sittingbourne as I had been here a few years back and found it a very pleasant pool. But I was extremely disappointed. I got in the baby pool with him no one else in there and thought brill we got it to ourselves. To find there was bits of grass, hair, other outdoor bits floating in. I am extremely disappointed and we have got out after only spending 20-30 mins in there!! Disgusting will not be coming back again!

So I turned up to go for an adult swim. Queues out the door because the outdoor pool had just opened and it is a glorious bank holiday so that is to be expected, not a problem. So before I paid for parking and joined the queue I checked the adult swim lane which had one person in it so decided to pay to park and queue. Waited 30 minutes to then be told they were full and it’s one in one out! Still only one person in the adult swim lane but they wouldn’t let me in. Furious is putting it mildly!!

Really disappointing, drove 30minutes with 3 excited children to go on the inflatable, which is advertised on the website 12-2 on a Saturday. Turned up and to be told....”not many children showed up at and so we sent the staff home and now it’s not on today, lots of children have shown up since but the staff have gone now.... this is at 12.15!!!! Will not be bothering again, really disappointing and way a rubbish way to run a business.

Queued for 1hr 20 mins. People openly queue jumping. Water in pool filthy. Wouldn’t recommend.
