We just Wanted to say thank you to My ferry link company, As my husband and I used to travel from Dover to Calais and it was amazing the food was nice , the people on board was fabulous and it was just a great time for

Used Myferrylink with the birthday offer, true to their word, £19 each way..& that was our motorhome.
Crossing was smooth & ferry clean, correspondence has been excellent.
Hopefully more offed will be around for April and June 2015 ☺️
To all staff on myferrylink, thank you for making yet another trip across the channel an absolute pleasure, and minimising stress levels, as we travelled with our dog for the 1st time. We have always enjoyed. Our crossings, staff on all levels have always been so polite friendly and helpful. On my personal experience, not being 'a sailor' I would reccomendation your service, with thanks Angela , Malcolm, and Robby McGarrity
SORRY you are not operating anymore first year of not using you for our holiday crossing :( you were by far the best ferry across the channel by far :) Au revoir
I want to thank my ferr link for their 1st class sevice. Encounterd some problems wit anorher major ferry company today and needed quick help for a re-booking to Dover. Received overwhelming servic. Special thanks to mr. Copyans.

I enjoyed the trip from Calais to Dover with myferrylink, all staff made me very welcome on board the ship, thank you for a great service. I would use myferrylink again.
Great service, smooth crossing, efficient, and no problems...
Can anyone give me any advice , I have a 40kg german shepherd . Who I tame everywhere with me. However I find driving very stressful. So prefer to travel by train. Crossing on ferries. But a lot of ferries still insist that a car .To transport dogs on board. Due to my dogs size I am unable to carry a crate with me as a foot passenger. He is very well behaved , and trains are no problem once I have got across the channel. Hase anyone got any adrice please.?
A really good company to travel with, fantastic friendly staff and I like the ships. I used to use Sea France, My Ferry are Sea France reincarnated, don't stop what you are doing.
Used myferrylink on numerous occasions always been very happy, however major fail on your 25% off offer, its actually cheaper not to use the code

I can't seem to reach anyone on your help number 0844 2482 100. Just rings out, is there another number I can try?
Terrible service. 2 hour delay getting into Calais for the 19.50 due to border controls. So instead of delaying the boat that loads of people missed. They put them on the 22.55 then delayed that by an hour. Terrible service. Never again!!!
Plus if you miss the ferry , there are several freight only sailings per take. So u could be waiting for many hours. Best to have a good think about the train . could work out much better all round. We'll deffo do the train next time after very poor snd very expensive service from myferrylink this August. :-(
One star for the fare price only, the service equaled all other ferry operators and was good. However I just got a price for ferry crossing Calais to Dover May 11th 2015. MyFerrylink £55 including surcharge, P&O £46.80 flexi meaning no charge for change of date or cancellation, DFDS £42.00 Myferrylink is no longer the cheapest crossing for me, in fact it was the dearest, unlike the days when they first replaced SeaFrance. Sorry but this years bookings are being placed with another ferry operator.
On strike -again.
No wonder you've been sold To DFDS, the Danes have a better work ethic and a better attitude towards their customers.
Hopefully they'll be binning your workforce, sooner rather than later.

I never took a ferry from MyFerryLink sofar, I for sure never will and will advise everybody I know to NEVER use your services.
Today a number of complete idiots from MyFerryLink made sure that thousands of train passengers were blocked as a result of actions of personnel on strike from MyFerryLink. Me and my family cannot get home today and cannot go and work tomorrow.
I hope that Eurostar will start decent legal procedures against MyFerryLink and that the strikers will get the bill. Apalling!!!

I've given you my support since the day Myferrylink started operating. .. I believe I deserve a bit more than a deleted message as an answer to my concerns.
